I enjoyed how clean and spacious the rooms were. It was also in a quiet neighborhood. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating; they helped make our stay more enjoyable.

Great location with a comfy bed compared to the rest of Vietnam. Short walk to the Main Street that has everything you could need. The locks can be hard to open with the key and the doorknob in the bathroom came off the first time I used it. But overall the place was clean and comfortable.

A clean comfortable boutique hotel on a quiet street in a stylish yet quirky part of town. Just 5 minutes walk from the new Metro line. The place is special for how the staff looks after you.

The location is close to many restaurants. The room had free Netflix. Quiet neighborhood. Friendly staff. - My room didn’t have a proper shower. It only had a bathtub in the middle of the room without a shower curtain or anything. - At night, the lighting in my room was harsh and very white. It felt like hospital lighting. I wish there was a lamp with a warmer light to make the room cozy.

Engaged staff. Kym not just answer on question she give you suggestions ??? Nice designs, no elevator and most of all close to new metro which take you in 10 minutes to must visits places and close to waterbus

Each room at Cham’s Hotel & Homestay is decorated and styled with a specific theme (e.g. tropical, cozy, modern, etc.) There a lots of rooms for different kinds of guests (e.g. family-style, couple’s, etc.) and we were shown several rooms made for couples which had beautiful interior, all the rooms are renovated so nicely, ours had an open-style bathtub next to the bed. Eden, who owns and works at the homestay, let us pick which room we preferred free of charge. We borrowed an umbrella from the homestay and had accidentally left it in a car we booked when we left for the city. Eden was very kind about the mishap. We were about to pay to compensate the loss but we were able to get the umbrella back. We’re very thankful how accommodating Eden was towards us. We had a couple of questions which he all answered, he’s very thorough and super communicative—he told us about the local area and the many features that come with staying at his homestay. He is a great and friendly host. Nothing much.

Only thing is there’s no sign outside, so finding the place at first was a bit confusing. Just make sure to message the staff ahead of time for check-in and check-out so they can help with the gate. Overall, a great place for a short stay. I’d definitely come back.
