Room wasn't too noisy given that the hotel is at a main road. It has 24/7 reception (was super helpful with my luggage) and an elevator, Easy to find food/supplies nearby. Room cleanliness could have improved, specially the bathroom. Otherwise it's good for the price

AC ineffective, bathroom not good, electricity not working in the room, WiFi slow and crashes, lift small

Location was great with all the main sights only a short walk away. There were also plenty of shops and banh mi stalls nearby. The location makes it very noisy at night as the hotel is on a very busy road perpendicular to walking street.

Horrible stage Room don't look like picture shown which l understand but this hotel is too far away from that Once paid , owner claim to check the room first. True enough, l check out within an hour . Don't feels safe at all and dirty everywhere. Leg starts to itch when sit on bed Worst thing , is those INDIANS TOURISTS keep screaming at their their phone all night (2300 onwards) , banging door occasionally loud . Dont feels safe with this people around

A mistake happened with our booking and it was fullt booked when we arrived. But the staff were so helpful abd helped arrange a new place for us for the same price, and booked a free taxi for us to the new place. Thank you!!

Great location Room was very cramped, felt dirty, and we didn't have our room cleaned over our 3 night stay, which ordinarily would have been fine, but our bathroom bin was overflowing and the wet room floor vile (since before we arrived). We had to request an extra towel (we only had one in the room when we arrived) and they said they didn't have anymore and would bring us one later (they never did - we both shared the same towel and a hand towel for our entire stay). Generally just felt very cramped and unclean

Worst hotel experience Had a booking, and when I turned up they had rented to another guest. It was midnight and no apologies. A German couple were left in same situation. Avoid at all costs this scam hotel.

Room was good for the price, I stayed 1 night and next time we come to Ho Chi Minh we will come back, thanks for the friendliness. The room was a bit old and had not been upgraded, the toilet smelled when we checked in.

Value for money, not the best hotel I have stayed in but for about £15 certainly one of the cheapest and value for money. Given two bottles of water. Location is fine Locks on the door didn’t seem the best, but front office covered 24/7 to keep non guests away.

We arrived very early and got an early check in, I got a free room upgrade and the service was good for the price. At night there will be cars passing by so it will be a bit noisy but it's okay, because it's right in the center so it's unavoidable.

The room we booked had everything we needed! Comfortable stay in a good location. Customer service was poor. The room we booked was unavailable when we arrived so we were put in a smaller room with no window and told we could check into our room we had booked the following day. Staff told us we would be given a free upgrade the following day however this was untrue as we had already extra for the superior room so they clearly made a mistake with the bookings. We were given a discount for this which was great but did not like the lies. The following day when we went to reception to check into the superior room we had booked, we were told staff had knocked on our door earlier that day and when we didn’t answer they sold our room to someone else. When I said I was not happy with this, we were then given the room we had booked. Did not appreciate the lies and rude attitude.

Great location, round corner from walking street, lots of food, coffee, bars near by. Good shower. Staff adjusted price fairly when we changed stay length Lots of noise outside but expected with location WiFi is not good and we were the on first floor for it

Near party area At night, food court, We got an early check-in without extra charge, thank you very much, when we needed to exchange money, the staff supported us and enthusiastically showed us places to play and eat and party, the trip was quite fun. Toilet so small and smell.

Not isolated room. They gave me a different room, which is not in the pictures. It is just above the reception. Because I didn't want to cancel my reservation and book directly with them. So they don't have to pay booking commission. They were fighting with guests every evening. It disturbed my stay

Very good location. My room was very silent. Party area only 5 min away. Big room good bed.
