Location. It was in the city center. The pictures here are outdated. This is not how the rooms look. Everything is very old, they claim to have a window in the room, but you end up having a room which is very small, no natural light and no window. When you complain and say : “why there isn’t a window as promised” , they just gonna say that there is one and point at the world’s smallest window that is facing the wall.. The bathroom was in a poor condition. The shower doesn’t work properly, if you lift it to wash your hair, the water just stops…this is just ridiculous. Don’t recommend staying here, too pricey and not worth at all. P.S no elevator, not enough parking space for bikes.

The location is good, very close to walking Street. The hotel is very clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is limited to three choices, but it is a good breakfast. For a budget hotel it’s reasonable. The actual room, although clean with comfortable beds, certainly does not have any ambience. For the same price we felt we have stayed in many rooms in Vietnam that were more inviting.

Friendly staff and very kind to us, food is worthy, room value for money. Location is very good and Indian hotel was very near which was helpful improve in cleanliness of room, no lift is a big issue.

This hotel has no elevator and you have to leave your big and heavy luggage on the ground floor which was a bit of a hassle if you need some things every now and then from your luggage. It is also located on an alley and a bit confusing to the taxi drivers if you check in late at night. Quite far to Ben Thanh market.

The location is in a central area making it accessible to everything. The staff of the hotel were very nice, helpful, and respectful. They did room service everyday and made sure everyone is comfortable. The breakfast is simple but good! Overall a very nice stay for my family! No elevator which is normal in small hotels in Saigon so it is fine.

Room was decent and clean. The property was overall a little small in size. The breakfast was sufficient and filling although not a lot of options. Better to go with the traditional Vietnamese dishes for breakfast rather than continental options. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They pointed us to all the areas to visit on a map of Hanoi City which helped us plan our itinerary. The property is located in a very accessible area with lots of shops and main areas to visit within walking distance (max. 15mins). Other areas can be accessed via Grab. Everything was good.

Staff are accomodating and helpful. Very concern to the tenant. No lift/elevator, but the staff will help you lift your luggage, using their pulley
