The location is in the heart of the city. You have all the good food nearby and close to all the attractions. Mini mart is next to it. The Manager Ngan is so helpful and her Team is super friendly. I felt very welcoming. none

Very nice staff. A LOT of noise all night from the street, very hard to sleep. Doors on the balcony was not sound prove at all (big gaping holses where the door close wich ment that you pretty much was slepping with a window open all nigt with all the trafik and horns honking all nigt) If you stay here bring ear plugs.

The location is incredibly convenient. You only need to walk approx 1km to get to many tourtist destinations (as Independence palace, Ben Thanh market, art museum, Bitexco bld, walking street...) The hotel is next to a famous restaurant in distr 1 called "bun rieu ganh" Hotel employees are friendly anh supportive. Check in time is 2PM, I arrived early at 11AM and they hepled getting my room after 5 minutes, I have more time to rest before visitting the city in the afternoon Nothing, the hotel is amazing!!!6

Location is perfect but be sure you book a room with balcony otherwise all others have no windows or a bad next building view. The staff is okay and can help you to manage your booking. soundproof is very weak , you here everything outside your room even cleaners , they are always extremely loud and noisy. Very unstable WiFi connection. if you work remotely this hotel is definitely not for you. most of rooms have no windows or a 0 view all all.

Its a very nice hotel. Staffs are so friendly and very helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean. Location is amazing. Very close for shopping areas, cafes and etc. Everything perfect.

The staff, price and location was great. Comfy bed and all essentials provided. Fridge was great. Room service tidied daily and cleaned bed. For a hotel which has been open only two months after renovations it has plenty of potential and was good for a 4 day stay. Noisy fan outside room 204 which belongs to the next building not Hai Nam and mould in bathroom sealant. Floor could have been cleaner. Would be great for a laundry service to be included internally and a safe would be welcomed.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They even carried my stuff from my temporary room to another one with windows. The accommodation was simple and clean. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone looking for a basic but perfectly located and clean accommodation.

Staff was lovely, I checked in very late at night and the my give me an ok room, next day they moved me to a better room cause they had the space available and I didn't even asked for it And value per location was exceptional
