In a nice area

The location itself was really good for me because it was hidden in an alley, facing away from the noisy streets- helped with sleeping. It's surrounded by 3 cafes and only a 20min walk to D1. Upon checking in, I liked how there was no deposit fee and there was an elevator for heavy luggage. The room itself was clean, had wifi, ac, super comfy chairs/bed, hard floors (no carpet), and a clean bathroom. They provided towels, large shampoo/body wash bottle, slippers, and two free water bottles. I really liked how there was a sign that included how much each snack was. I also liked how someone was ready for check out at 7am. Before checking in, I asked for a top floor, which was confirmed that I'd get upon arrival. But my room was given to someone else who arrived before me, 30min after the indicated time of arrival. Word shouldn't have been given to me, when the room wasn't guaranteed. Then they required cash- that wasn't clear in Booking. Luckily, I was prepared- but I didn't like the possibility of me having to withdraw more money than expected. The room itself had a glass panel that divided the bedroom from the "living room", but I thought that was unnecessary because it disrupted my walking flow- I could've easily broke it and been injured if I wasn't super aware of it all the time. I also didn't like how there was one TINY trash can- had to make my own bag. There were ants, so I had to be careful about leaving snacks out. And I didn't like how there was no lamp near the bed- relied on my phone.

Could be a little cleaner. A lot of dust and counter looked like it wasn’t wiped down properly

The location is good, although if you plan to be in district 1 most of the time it can be a bit of a hassle with traffic. Walking is around 20 minutes. The staff were nice. No room cleaning or water provided beyond two bottles for the first day. This might be fine if it’s a day or two stay, but for one week it wasn’t great. The room isn’t very clean. Mattress, blankets, and the chair in the room all have stains. The wardrobe was randomly full of screws and some fake flowers. The bathroom floods. Kitchenette isn’t a real kitchenette, it’s just a sink and some counter space. Overall, I’d say it’s worth spending an extra 100 dollars to stay somewhere else, especially for longer stays.

This is my fourth time staying at this place, and it has become my go-to spot for weekend trips. The staff are amazing—always supportive and ready to help whenever needed. The rooms are consistently clean, and the team is always willing to assist with any requests. Highly recommend! None

Rooms and property is extremely small.Dirty and unkept. There was power outage and these guys didnt even have a power backup nor a generator. My room was in 5 th floor and i couldnt go up to my room cos there was no power.all the guests were sitting in the lobby without light and fan...everyone sweating . Disgusting hotel

Nice location. Amazing cheap student coffee place around the corner. I stayed there for about 8-9 days. My room was never cleaned. My last day there they cut off my water for 1/2 a day.

I personally like that the location is near matcha places and cafes. It could be a bit hard for rented four-wheel cars to find it easily since the streets leading to it can be tight. It had a working kitchen inside the room and Wi-Fi is great if you are working remotely. The unit has a bidet, too. The staff are nice, too! I should have gone and stayed here for the rest of my trip instead of transferring to other places. Value for your stay if you are not that very particular with your hotels (you're always out anyway) There was a last-minute change in rooms. Water pressure in the shower is not that good but, workable. Elevator is very cramped so if you have a lot of luggage, you'd have to do multiple trips.

I liked how comfy it was and the view!

Private bathroom was dirty, no toilet paper. Staff quite distracted (also I was charged with the water I found in the room). Decent position was pretty much the only pro.

Not the most comfortable accomodation considering the price. Necessities like toilet paper, towels and water were not provided.I was charged a hefty fee for getting food on my towels. No breakfast was provided even though it said breakfast would come with the room and the room looks nothing like the photos. I put a “please clean room” tag on my door everyday and my room never got cleaned.

There’s a cool cafe next door and many coffee roasters in the area Very dirty. The shower drain blocked and flooded every time. The office barely had any change and no card machine so when it came time to settle the minibar bill they got pedantic over about 2000 VND and I almost missed my flight over it.

Location. Powerful shower. Opposite coffee shop with spacious garden. Noodle soup with cow tail nearby is a plus. Quiet alley most of the time. Mosquitos in lower floor room. No towel change service at room. Guest have to go down for extra toiletries and go up to top floor to pick up new towels. Noisy aircon in suite room at 1st floor. Kitchenware not working.

Good value for the money . One night I came to hotel something before 12, the door was closed, so I ring the bell, knocked, but no one answered. I did that many times, after I while I called the number form their add, the guy answered and told me that he cannot see me on camera, I told him that’s impossible, I’m was standing there more than 40minutes and knocking and ringing the bell, my phone battery was so low, it could die anytime. I called again that number , he called reception ( still not sure what number they put there, because it was not reception number) and the stuff finally opened the door. He told me that he had problems with some other guests. I’m still thinking what will happen if my battery died, will I sleep on the street??? Anyway, the apartment overall is not that bad but the stuff is awful .

I really liked Lotus. It was in a quiet area but easily accessible to shops and facilities. The room was clean and the staff were really friendly and welcoming. I found check in to be a little inconvenient. The rooms were not ready at 2pm. I stayed in two different rooms. One was an hour late. And the other I was unable to check in until 6. I would stay here again though. It was a very nice hotel. Just be careful on the stairs. They are narrow and I banged my head a couple of times (didn't learn from the first time)
