The location suited us perfectly for a couple of nights that we were there on our way back home. The variety of rooms suited our group. The feel of the place is like being in an old mansion. Very quaint. The breakfast was basic but sufficient for what we were doing.

We really liked the location of this hotel. It's on a quiet street in a lovely neighborhood, and close proximity to many places. The staff was super kind and helpful. My room was large and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again. Breakfast could be higher quality (nicer bread, for example) and more variety. The pool was tiny and more for show than for use.

I’d never been anywhere in Asia before and this was the perfect place to stay to get the full Ho Chi Minh/Saigon experience!! Sunnie and her team are full of some of the friendliest and kindest people who helped with everything we could’ve needed! The property and buildings are stunning, clean, and it’s such a perfectly tucked away hidden gem that’s within walking distance or short Grab rides of so many yummy cafes, spas, and restaurants. All of our best recommendations came from Sunnie and her squad :) breakfast and Vietnamese coffees were always amazing, the beef pho is delicious!

Exceptional vibe and hospitality. The customer service was outstanding as well. Checking in was a breeze. The front desk receptionist was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. The place also offered free laundry service and quality complimentary drinks. The room is cleaned everyday, and it’s spotless. I used the free laundry service too, and my clothes came back clean, well-folded, and smelled fresh. There were some mosquitoes outside, but it’s super minor. It’s a common thing in Vietnam my hometown, babyyy ??

The rooms have a strong, stuffy humidity smell. However, the staff do everything they can to resolve this issue. The hotel does not have a restaurant, so meals need to be ordered from outside

An absolute hidden gem tucked away amongst green vegetation from the bustle of the vibrant city but only a 5 minute ride away. The property is tastefully decorated, with freshly prepared coffee and tea whenever you desire. A nice wine selection is also available at very reasonable prices and the best bit is the unlimited free laundry (after a three week tour as a family of four it was very appreciated!) I have nothing really negative to say about the property but at the time of our trip (January 2026) outside of our gorgeous room is a rather large construction site which woke us up. But don’t let that deter you from this hotel. It is a rare gem.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. We loved that it was only 1 story and very personable. The staff was great and very helpful all around. We loved the size of the rooms, the location and all the amenities in the room. Overall the staff made the stay perfect.

What a nice retreat from the busy city! The grounds were very relaxing including the small pool. Staff were above and beyond helpful and kind. Would highly recommend if you are looking for something more quiet and outside the busy city central. The room had some really nice and clever decoration/functional touches I really liked.

This place is amazingly beautiful. Every corner is aesthetic and picturesque. Since the rooms are recessed away from the street its very quiet- like an oasis in the middle of the busy city. More importantly, the staff is very kind and accommodating. They check in with us regularly and are always willing to help. For example, they provided us with an early check in when I was feeling sick, steaming & laundry service, and advice on local spots to try.

Firstly, this is an absolutely stunning property, and I would highly recommend a stay. This place is peace and tranquility right in the heart of Saigon (as the locals call it). The service is absolutely top notch. Nothing was too much trouble. The day before we arrived Kim Chi (receptionist) contacted us and from there assisted us with anything and everything we needed, she was always there. The whole team were absolutely amazing I cannot stress this enough. Great service, great breakfasts and more importantly always happy and smiling. Really made the experience that much better. The location is perfect you can walk everywhere. All the main attractions are nearby. District 1 is a 30-minute stroll to the center; the rooms are stunning. You will not be disappointed with this little slice of heaven, stunning. 10/10 Genuinely there was nothing to dislike about President Maison Signature by M Village. No complaints at all. Just gorgeous. The only thing I didn't like was leaving.

This hotel is truly special! So much so that we will definitely stay here again when we return to Saigon. What makes it work for us, in no particular order: It's in a quieter area, which is rare for Saigon, yet it's still close to everything. You can walk to lots of restaurants and cafes within a half-mile radius. The hotel is small with just 20 rooms total, quiet, and all on one level. Laundry is complimentary and unlimited - you get your clothes back cleaned and folded the next day. When I asked for an iron one day to press a dress for a special dinner, they took care of that too. The lobby is open and airy with fresh, fragrant lilies (just the right amount, as they can get overwhelming). It serves as both a restaurant and business center. The "restaurant" menu is limited to complimentary breakfast items and light refreshments - the croissants are wonderful, and the coffees and teas are delicious. The lobby serves as a perfect workspace where I could bring my laptop. It's a big, beautiful, airy space with a glass atrium feel, just steps from my room. I had to take some Zoom calls after midnight due to the time difference, and it was so appreciated that I didn't have to take an elevator down to a big hotel lobby and hunt for some enclosed, claustrophobic business center room. The fixtures in the room are more modern than some of the 4- and 5-star hotels we stayed at, as this property is newer while still maintaining elegance. The ceiling moldings and overall design are thoughtfully done. The recessed mini-split system on the ceiling was the best! It's quiet, and the fan sounds like light rain - very soothing. Last but certainly not least, the staff was above and beyond. Everyone was courteous, professional, and kind. Nhi, in particular, was immediately helpful with everything we needed. She gave us restaurant recommendations and they were ALL wonderful! Nothing

The space is beautiful, we love the greeneries and the garden, like a hidden oasis in the middle of the city. The staffs were trained well, and paid attention to our needs. The breakfast was a bit underwhelming. Could use more elevated ingredients. The menu showed charcuterie board with prosciutto and other deli meat and cheeses, but the server gave us cheap ham and processed cheese slices. For a 5-star hotel, the breakfast is bad.

Evything. This hotel is an oasis in the centre of a bustling busy city. The staff are amazing and helped me and my wife immensely on a few occasions. It would be the the only hotel I'd stay in Ho Chi Minh! Nothing.

Exceptional

The rooms were decorated with a lot of thought and they clearly spent more than was needed on quality, it showed. The communication with the check in staff was exceptional. They messaged to ask how things were, if we needed cleaning, helped with recommendations and gave a lot of detail with their help. They provide free laundry which was very unique. The price didn’t reflect the location of the property. It’s quite a trip into the center and if you do take a taxi, the traffic is bad.

The setting is excellent: a tranquil oasis set back from the road and hidden behind gates. As soon as you step in to the hotel garden all seems quiet and you leave the traffic, hustle and bustle behind you. Yet you are very close to some excellent restaurants and a few minutes by taxi to the centre of town. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, efficient and genuinely friendly.
