Great location, tucked in behind a building, and off the main road, making it a nice and quiet place to sleep. It is also just a 5 min walk to the War Remnants Museum. It is situated just outside the busiest areas of Saigon, but in the midst of restaurants and spas, making it a welcome stay. The staff are very friendly and make sure you’re always taken care of! The room was also very clean! Nothing! It was wonderful.

The woman at the front desk was extremely helpful. Great breakfast. Off the Main Street so it was reasonably quiet. Modern bathroom with great hot water shower.

Staff didn't know English. But we managed with Google translate etc. Location a bit far from center. Would be great if there were some vegetables for breakfast

Helpful, friendly staff, really made the effort to accommodate anything we requested. Large, clean rooms with air conditioning and all the amenities we needed. Great experience, would recommend. This hotel has got it down, there's little it can do to improve its services. If I was forced to be picky, I'd say the breakfast is pretty basic, but it served our purposes and we love to try local cuisine whenever we get the chance.

The location was great! The entrance to the hotel and other apartments in the area made an easy drop-off and pick-up spot for Grab rides. Close to good food as well as shopping. The hotel is also away from the street, so it was decently quiet! They also accepted credit card which is not always the case in Vietnam. All around, this hotel was a great value and we would stay again! No issues at all, just that the bed was very firm which made it difficult to sleep for long. That's just my preference, so I can't hold it against the hotel!

The room was clean and large. Everything was close, when using a "Grab". The breakfast was excellent, everything you could ask for. Be aware, when you first arrive, the hotel is not visible from the street, you need to walk around behind the apartments facing the street. This not a problem.

The people running the hotel were incredibly nice - their English wasn't great but they called the owner when I needed help booking a car, she spoke perfect English. I didn't know what to expect but felt so safe walking in the area by myself as a woman - and being welcomed by staff as they were preparing meals or doing the washing up outside on the street. Breakfast is probably the most varied we've had in 3 weeks Vietnam (so far) with Phở, eggs (cooked to order), different fruits, dumplings, bacon, sausage, baked goods, you name it. This was our first stay in Vietnam (2 nights) and we found the beds harder than we're used to - but realised now they were softer than in most other hotels. Location couldn't have been better: apparently District 3 is close to everything without being too noisy and too touristy. There are shops, bars, excellent banh mi (and other street food), and a nice park nearby as well as most of the major museums and must-see locations. I would come back here if I stayed in Saigon again. We found it a bit annoying that we were asked to pay for our stay in cash, but later learned that most hotels seem to prefer that.

The personnel were very kind. Very comfortable rooms and the shower was great! Best location in district 3. Walking distance to the remnant war museum.

The price of the hotel is way to high. I am sure that you can find other hotels with at least the same comfort for half the price.

Everything! From the room to the staff. Room gets cleaned daily as well as the towels. Great food places around and close to every possible attraction in District 1. Nothing

The place is a little bit hidden. It’s behind the 107 apartments in District 3 and you will have to take the small street on the left to get to it, but it’s not a bother. The hotel itself is small but very well maintained. The staff, especially the husband and wife who run the place are very friendly and will assist you on everything you need. They have a cute dog mascot who sometimes walks with you. I transferred here after getting a moldy old room in District 1 and I can’t highlight enough how much I love that decision! Lost money but gained a very good hotel. Very clean and the bathroom and water pressure is great! This is better than some 3 star hotels I’ve had in the US! And the best budget hotel I’ve been so far in my SEA travels. The food itself is a small selection but tasty. Try their pho! It’s better than some restaurant pho I’ve had so far. Definitely recommend!
