The beds were very comfortable. The photos of our rooms were not the same as the rooms we were offered. The kitchen unit was thick with grease. Wouldn't use it. Many of the list of things offered did not exist, or were not set up. The light switch for one bedroom found in the kitchen?

I booked it specifically for the location. It's perfect - close to lots of main sights, good restaurants but off the main road so quiet. Nice big room, good small kitchen. Good sixed bathroom with attached "dressing room" area with loads of storage space. Staff very friendly and welcoming. The only downside is that there's no confirmation available via booking.com, so you're not sure until you get there whether they are expecting you.

Big room... Long time ago must be a glorious place Not very clean, all the furniture old everything run down I got scammed by a dummy price 50% discount and thought it would be great. Pictures look very much better than reality Room smells like smoke cigarette

Location was great and staff was really friendly. Entrance and building are secluded and set back from the street - there's a lot to do and the area is great but the room and building are quiet. Very clean and I felt comfortable and safe traveling alone. Shower was a little weird and it was impossible to avoid spraying water everywhere. Pay only in cash. No one spoke English so we did a lot of Google Translate but it worked out.

Nothing No responsible person in 4 days at reception I have seen. Just 1 old man who was the security guard of the hotel deals with you . I have to pay with card and they didn't have any efpos machine and asked me to go to neighbour hotels (2 different) for payment and they will give cash to my hotel. Booking.com should not keep this property anymore . It's ruining your credibility.

Lots of storage areas in the shower section. Sleeping area is bright and look comfortable. View of window to two dead hanging flower pots. TV is small. To watch only from the bed, making it smaller. Kitchen has no prep area. No table to eat. There is a bathtub, but the faucet is sideway on one end. Light for makeup mirror is behind you.

The location itself would be ok - walking distance from many restaurants, supermarket and big park. The place is worn out. The reception is not working - most of the time there is only old (Vietnamese only) man sitting. Upon the arrival, we have asked to check the fridge that was not working - no response. Originally, we expected that there would be (some sort of) breakfast but only midday we have received whatsapp message that breakfast is not served at all (covid and such).. As we came with our son, we could not accept such quality and decided to leave - that has started round of discussions and 90minutes long phone call to booking.com support (as they could not reach anyone from the property). Long story short: avoid that place.
