Marie-Line 2 Hotel

nothing. everything is so bad. really. we go the hotel, and the receptionist told us “we dont have room in 3 beans hotel. i will redirect you our another hotel.” but we book in room 3 beans hotel???? nevermind. and we go the another hotel, the air conditioner not working any room. and you know. vietnam is toooooooooo much hot. what we make? its so bad experience for us. i will never go to this hotel again.

Great Location No Elevator

Clean, comfy beds, location. For couple nights it’s ok, you got what you are paying for. Booked 3Beans - got hotel next to it “Koniko” owner says “same same”, I got many hotels. She was very kind (as all Vietnamese people in general :), so we accepted sudden change. Not big issue for couple nights.

The hotel location in the center and near bus stops. I booked 3bean Hotel, but they changed me to ST Hotel. The room space was small and didn’t have a hairdryer, etc. as they offer in the app.

No elevator

The location is very accessible to Bui Vien and the bus stations of Pham Ngu Lao I had to ask for the things that should be already provided like slippers, day’s water, tissue paper, etc. also the room smelled like cigarette smoke for 2 days. They should ban smoking in rooms because it lingers in the linens

i like the room.kindly check the wiring connection of your lights .your bulb will be destroyed quickly as i have observed in the room . than you so much,i will recommend your hotel to my friends and colleagues.

At first the woman seemed helpful. Good location. The woman in charge moved us to another location nearby that we didn’t book. It was not the same as the photos. It was not in good condition. There was a strong smell of cigarettes in our room. Many parts of the room were damaged, broken and stained. It wasn’t up to standard in terms of cleanliness either. We didn’t get a wink of sleep as there were people screaming and shouting all night next door to our room. The staff did nothing to stop it. When I raised this issue with her, she didn’t have any simpathy and didn’t seem to care about it. We left and got a much better place for less money. Overall it wasn’t a pleasant experience and I would not recommend going here.

Exceptional

The location was fantastic for what we wanted to do. It is right round the corner from the main Larry strip. If that’s your thing this is a good location. The staff were super lovely and helpful, I would stay here again for sure! My only negative is that the room was a bit dark even with all the lights on. Thank you guys at the 3 bean ?

I was simply denied check-in at this hotel despite having a valid reservation. The receptionist told me that my booking had been canceled, and I was forced to find another hotel in the middle of the night.
