didn’t like anything about it. the room had a funny smell. the receptionist tried to make me pay more than the price I’d booked it at. he spoke no English and I no Vietnamese. I wanted to pay by card, he wanted cash. he gave me the room key and I went to the desk three times to pay by card, but the receptionist just smiled at me. I had to leave early in the morning to get a bus, a different receptionist was asleep behind the counter. he didn’t wake up. I’ve messaged both booking.com and the hotel to send me a payment link, but still waiting for a reply.

The location They just told me their room full, when i came there from airport. And they require me paid first after that they lead me to another terrible dirty motel nearby. When I complained, the staff responded with a very unprofessional attitude.

Such a cosy hotel, I had a very comfortable stay despite the room not being the largest. There was everything i needed, and the TV was great, even had netflix and youtube which was a plus! The location was perfect as well, within walking distance of many great shops and cafes. Would definitely love to come back. Not much! Pretty much loved this place. The rooms were a little small but I actually preferred this as I get scared easily in large rooms!
