Located in Posh area and safe for tourirts. You can get everything in seconds in this area. This is my 5th consequetive stay in HCMC. Sometimes, noise from outside will kill you sleep. Though it is not in hotel control, this is the issue of the location.

The staffs are outstanding. Their service is second to none. We have many stays (different dates) in the hotel and have a chance to meet staffs from different levels and different service areas. They all concern and care about our stays. They try to make us happy during our stays. We give feedback about the facilities to Mr Cong (senior assistant manager), issues are fixed quickly. The chef, Mr Sang stops by our table almost everyday when we are there to check if we are like food, ask for our feedback. Really appreciate Mr Sang. We would like to thank Mr Nam and Miss Vi for their help when we need. For sure, we will stay in this hotel everytime we visit this city. Some areas in the facility show wear and tear .

I extended my stay for over a week in a suite. Upon check out, they charged me for 1 water bottle missing in the fridge when I hadn't even received the daily free water bottles. They refused to waive the cost even though I had spent over 1k on a room. It was such a small matter not worth arguing over but left a bad feeling towards the end.

Location can not be better. Room is roomy, airy, good views (Saigon river and walking street Nguyen Hue). Breakfast one of the best. From assistant manager (Mr Cong), front desk supervisor (Mr Nam), Chef (Mr Sang), staffs, ... they all really care for customers. They are polite, professional and their services are second to none. We use this hotel as a base from here we take many tours to the different provinces of VN since December 2025 to July 2026. Not hesitate to recommend to our family member and friends. Many thanks to management and staffs. None.

All staffs try to accommodate and responsive to our needs. Breakfast has many selections and the food is good.

Perfect location to explore the center of the city. Most attractions were within walking distance. Many restaurants are nearby. Area seemed very safe. Staff not very compromising.

Great staff, complete breakfast. The lobby team took care of everything I needed, including currency exchange. Housekeeping was super friendly too. The neighborhood can get noisy with parties, but they don't last all night. Would be nice if they invested in better sound insulation.

The breakfast was really good with a lot of choices. My favorites were the fresh omelet bar and the delicious fresh fruit. The room service went above and beyond keeping me stocked with ice that was necessary for medical reasons. I didn't like being charged for losing a key. I am positive that those little pieces of plastic do not cost $5 each.
