So far nothing everything is great. Just alittle walk around getting to my room

Bedding was damaged and we asked for replacements which they replaced. Cobwebs in bedroom ceiling height.

Good location Advertised as 'no credit card fees '. Wrong. Complimentary water provided one day only . Used toilet paper was to be put in the bin instead of the toilet, failure to comply could result in a 1million VND penalty. Unsanitary, unhealthy totally unsatisfactory!!!!!!!!!

The location was the only good thing The receptionist was rude and not interested when I explained how dirty the room was. I was just given excuses as to why things were dirty. No apologies or acceptance that the room was disgusting. Broken sink, broken toilet, mold on walls, dirty hand prints on walls, dirty, rusty fridge

Friendly staff - who even allowed us to leave our big suitcase with them, whilst we made a side trip to Angkor Wat, Cambodia! No lift - and we were on the 2nd floor with two large suitcases on that first night - and on the 3rd fllooe when we returned for two more nights after our Cambodia side trip.

Location is great. Loved the park across the street. Not too, too noisy inside the hotel -- more noise from other guests than from the street. Room had weird design. The bed was on a platform, so I swing my legs down onto the platform and THEN step down once more onto the floor. At night, with no light on, that was a touch dicey. The shower's drain was not the lowest part of the bathroom, so water puddled by the sink and toilet.

Wish the AC could go cooler

Great location with good staff that attended to our needs. Small bathroom. Showering gets it wet all over. If you have kite bags, don't pick this place or request a room with elevator access.

We supposed to arrived at midnight and we pay for it 1 night extra even we arrived and stay for less than 7hpurs remaining . But property instead of giving discount for late flight arrival they charge extra 5% on original amount . Also I booked in Booking.com pay at the hotel and confirm with the hotel and booking that com of our sure arrival . The property Blackmail us if I cannot enter the CVV of my credit card they will not accept us because it midnight . Imigine the hassle of hotel is blackmailing you in the middle of your airport arrival first to other country so I have no choice but to enter the cvv of my credit card . They charge my credit without my consent plus extra 5%cash . Very bad experience on this hotel and booking.com

Very good

It's a bit of a tourist trap. The bathroom is not very clean, in three days no one changed the towels or took out the trash. When we asked for cleaning first we had to sign a form that the hotel is not responsible for any losses during cleaning. The place is noisy.

The Location was very close to Bui Vien and other attractions. However, it is still far enough from the hustle and bustle. The shower did not have hot water.

I liked having the fan as well as ac, location was great. Great bed No big issue only the room had a small trail of ants under the bed. Sink had leak that went onto floor
