Very good location near Bar Street. The doorman did carry our suitcases up the stairs and we didn’t have to worry about that good exchange rate if you ask for the best rate My wife said the bed was a little hard, but I thought it was fine. It was firm but still comfy. The pillow was great shower is difficult to get into as you have to climb over a tub and not break your neck other than that fine.

Location was great, buffet breakfast was also very good. Rooftop deck was nice. Breakfast staff were very nice. Check in staff wasn’t particularly welcoming. No assistance to carry luggage up steep stairs to entrance lobby. Our room was two levels below breakfast room and noise from every chair being dragged over floor above was loud!Recommend to put stick-on felt pads on chair and table feet. Easy inexpensive fix ?.

breakfast is plenty and well refill even when you arrive near closing time. Lowest room rated among 3 stars hotel on Pham Ngu Lao Street. A short walking distant from the airport express bus 109 final stop

The location. The room was too small, and the front office receptionist very rude and curt not hospitable at all! The flush stopped working the first night of two days stay and they couldn’t fix it and had to transfer to another room. The room is very small and hardly space to keep two medium size suitcases. Very unhappy!!

Breakfast was excellent. Many items that would please just about everyone and very enjoyably served on the beautiful rooftop. Great location on the main road and close to Walking Street. No cold water, only hot. Could not use the amazing looking jacuzzi hot unless you want to boil yourself.

Location, cleanliness, hotel staff friendly and efficient, breakfast selection We had contacted the property before arriving to see if we could pay for our 5 week stay by debit card. We were told yes. On arriving we were told we had to pay cash for our stay. We only had GBP so reception converted to VND & wanted to charge £40 more for our stay than our booking - we agreed to pay £20 more. Only other issue is anyone with mobility issues should be told they can get lift to ground floor basement (staff area) where you can walk out of hotel ground level to avoid the many stairs at the entrance to the hotel.

The breakfast is nice, it is on the top floor, with a rooftop terrace, you can have a nice view of the city. The bed was comfortable. I was staying in a windowless room (which was ok for 2nights) but some noise came through the ventilation (pigeons in the morning)

On a very crowded street.. we stayed on Friday night and was very noisy due to the night market nearby. If u cannot tolerate noise then stay away!

Spacious room next to the city park. Great views, a lot of shops and restaurants in walking distance. Also I enjoyed the buffet breakfast.

The hotel itself was great. Awesome location, in district 1, close to Bui Vein Walking street, restaurants & other attractions. The roof top restaurant/bar was good, nice breakfast lots of variety. The staff were very friendly & helpful & the room was clean with good Aircon. The bed, if you're not used to sleeping on hard beds like us, it's a pretty hard bed. Our room was on level 11, I don't know what was going on it sounded like tables being dragged around all night above us or something like that. We were next to the lift as well, I'm not sure if it was that but it was really noisy whatever it was both nights we were there

It’s near the bus station and all amenities. Good breakfast and they always clean the room. Just small and dark. No windows

Excellent size room. Bath/shower is fantastic. Safe is good size and very easy to use. Hair dryer was defective and always shutting off. Internet at times slowed but when it worked it was fast.

Excellent breakfast with lot of varities which is served on their Top floor (12th). Had a great city view while having breakfast. Location is also very good. Very close to happening areas and main streets.
