The place was very strategic in location. All are near the guesthouse. None. We liked all!!!

The location was good I genuinely don’t understand the positive reviews, particularly surrounding cleanliness. This was a disgusting place, and my worst stay in Vietnam, no contest. CRAWLING WITH COCKROACHES. I threw both my suitcases away upon my return home, as they had burrowed into every tiny nook and crevice, under handles, through the tiniest gaps in the zipper, and all into the bag. Terrible WIFI connection. Only got one hot shower the day I arrived, then the water wouldn’t get warm. Wonky A/C that was so hard to operate. Bed was like a stone slab. This was a nightmare, I couldn’t get out of here fast enough. Do not stay here.

Vy and her mother are wonderful hosts, giving lots of information, always welcoming. The guest house is well located in a little alley, so, it is quiet in the room even if it is close to the action. Even if the room is small it is very well planned and you have room for everything. It is very clean and towels changed every day if you wish. Nothing

We had room 402, which meant a few stairs to climb in a narrow and rather stuffy space (no elevator). The room itself was very clean, the bed very comfortable, there was a mini-fridge, and the Wi-Fi worked well. However, it was tiny. And if you take a shower, you flood the entire bathroom. I would only recommend this place if you're just looking for somewhere to sleep for a few hours and you're okay with very basic, minimalist accommodations. The owner is quite welcoming, and it's well located for walking to the most popular spots. Note that there’s a 7-Eleven and a Circle K just steps away, which can be convenient since breakfast isn’t included.

Ms Vy was EXTREMELY helpful. She was always available to answer our questions, accommodate our needs and help with everything from booking a cab to helping us with our sim cards. She gave us a little map of the area with all the things to do and eat and also some common phrases in Vietnamese. Having a host like her made our stay so much easier. In other locations, the room may be nicer, but without an available and helpful host it is quite difficult to get around Vietnam as a newbie foreigner. The room was small but clean. We were busy during housekeeping hour, but Ms Vy ensured that the maid came back and cleaned our room as soon as it was available. Laundry service was cheap and prompt. Water is available at the hotel at good price. Lots of street food, convenience stores, parks in the area. Bus station is close by. We encountered some bugs, 3 cockroaches and a centipede that fell out of the AC when we turned it on. However, this is probably an issue in most places in the area at this price point. So if you want to avoid bugs at all cost, you'll have to upgrade your budget to a fancy hotel.

I really liked my stay at this place. Friendly host and very helpful in giving information for site seeing. The place was super clean which always my top priority. For the price, there is no way you can find anything better. I reiterate, Clean Clean spanking clean . The location although is in an alley, however is super convenient to everything. If I have to be nitpicking, I would say that it could use an elevator, but it really wasn’t a problem as I had only a carryon and a backpack.

The staff were very kind. They even provide a handmade map showing nearby restaurants and facilities. The front gate is locked at night, but if you ring the bell, a staff member will come and unlock it for you. Even after the gate is locked, they still allow you to smoke in a semi-outdoor area inside the property. You can walk to many tourist attractions from the guesthouse. The shower, toilet, and sink are in the same space, but for this price range it’s totally acceptable. At this price, I have no complaints about the service and facilities. If you expect more upscale facilities and services at this price, you’ll need to pay more elsewhere.

Value for location was excellent. Ms Vy provides you with a map of all the attractions and food recommendations. She also describes how to get places, like how to take the bus. Also, she’s a foodie! There were a few dishes that I wanted to try, and her recommendations were spot on!

Yes Clean and quiet

The bed was comfy, and the location is super convenient. also being tucked away and all makes it unusually quiet even next to vien bien st.

Everything is a little tight space-wise, which is to be expected due to the central location.

We had a wonderful stay! Ms. Vy was incredibly accommodating and welcoming from the start. Despite our early morning arrival, her staff kindly waited for us to arrive and made sure we felt at home. Ms. Vy went above and beyond by providing us with a city map marked with her personal recommendations, which helped us explore the area with ease. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, the room was spacious, and the bed was soft and very comfortable. We especially appreciated that there is hot water in the shower. None
