Nothing, horrible experience. Don't book this hotel at all. Our experience at this hotel was absolutely terrible. We arrived around midnight with an infant, only to be told the AC was broken, and we were sent to search for other hotels for an hour. When we returned, the receptionist started speaking loudly and arguing about why he couldn't give us a room. After a long, stressful wait, we finally got a room at 2 AM—small, dirty, smelly, and with almost no amenities. Things got even worse after we checked out. The hotel cancelled our booking afterwards and even threatened us with false allegations.

The walls to adjoining rooms are very thin , both nights I stayed there , a neighbor talking very loudly on his phone for very long period of times , only thing I could hear was a loud voice talking, over shadowing the television I was watching in my room and even taking a shower, his menacing loud voice , his room next to mine. The television set had a deflected screen, hardly could watch any tv viewing because of a screen defect . I will not booking a stay anytime soon with Felix hotel.

Authentic feeling and hidden in a twisting turning alleyway system, this hotel was a cheap stay in a busy city for us. About 15 min walk to the market and siagon centre and had some interesting small vendors in the alleyways plus east bank access for cash withdrawal and a 7/11. The hotel rooms themselves are darky and more dingy than the photos let in and it is really showing its age. The tap under the bathroom sink was leaking all over the floor, the tv didn’t work and there was a dirty bath mat left and mould in the silicone around the sink. Overall however for the price it was a decent stay. Don’t be fooled by the early check in advertisement though, they didn’t allow for that and I saw plenty of other people also hanging out. In the lobby and suitcases stored as they didn’t get it either and that was the main reason we chose that hotel.

Felix is hard to find but due to that fact it is quiet in the evening except for guests that may let their door close a little hard. This is easy to do as the doors are substantial. You cannot hear the music from the walking street. The towels were passed there use by date. But I expect they are rotated in from a supplier. So I would suggest removing some from circulation. Had a few little micro spiders but with the help of the cleaner we sorted them out for the rest of my 10 night stay.

The location is near to everything, from Red district to Cho Ben Thanh, to restaurant to public transportation everything is good. This is very affordable and can do impromptu tour package as travel agencies were just around the corners. TV and some sockets is not working

Location, flexibility, ability to leave luggage after checkout Bathroom design was so so. Would have liked a door on the bathroom as opposed to a stall door around the toilet. Made it slightly awkward for our little group to have any privacy.

Location was great, walking distance to main attractions in the city. Perfect for 1-night stay.
