Wonderful, clean guesthouse owned by a very sweet couple, located in an alley and was very quiet even though it's close to the clubbing street

The room was as clean as a hospital! Everything worked and was in good condition. The lovely couple are friendly and so helpful!

The best beds I have come across in my entire Vietnam trip. Clean room, clean bathrooms Good location You can get a room on any floor from 2nd to 4th and there is no lift. This is especially difficult with old people and also to take the bags all the way up. You cannot pick the floor while.booking and even though we added this as a special request while.booking, it could not be accommodated (for obvious reasons).The host allows you to leave your bags on the ground floor so suggest to pack such that some things can be left on the ground floor. It is absolutely safe.

The curtains don't block out light very well. Which makes sleeping in difficult. The stairs are not for the faint. It's a traditional building, so lots of stairs and no elevator. Not a problem if you're on a lower floor.

Nicest people you could meet, treat them kindly. Nothing bad. Sad to leave.

Loved the hosts, the location, the cleanliness, rooms, laundry etc. They went over and beyond to make us feel welcomed and give us a map and tour of the city. They even helped me collect packages while I was traveling so I could fly home with them. the warmth and love I felt visiting here kept us coming back! beds were a little hard

A very nice place owned by such a lovely couple who made my four night stay very nice. There are only two rooms on each floor so the only neighbors I had were above and below. My room was large, clean, comfortable and quiet with good AC and a large fridge. And it is located in an alley a good distance away from busy streets.

Great owners, very friendly and warm

Very good location, cooperative and kind hosts. Very good value for money. The fact that if someone on the lower floors was taking a shower, it created problems with the water pressure.

I enjoyed my stay here! My room was quiet and clean, with appreciated essentials: fridge, fan, and AC and a nice little veranda you could walk out onto. The guest house owners are very kind and helpful, and their map and recommended route of District 1 was much appreciated! Convenient location tucked away in a quiet alley.

Hosts are very friendly and helpful. Felt very safe. Spacious clean room with air con and fan. Good shower. Fridge in room. Balcony. Location was perfect within walking distance to everything. It was quiet giving the location is around the corner from a busy street. The beds were very hard just to highlight but it was ok for us we didn't mind.

If you like us like to and be placed where everything is happening, this may be a good place to stay.

Wonderful guest house. I had so good experience. The couple was very welcoming, explained me the city and major places to visit, connected me with a local tour guide and eventually I had a very good experience thanks to this guest house. I sure that my trip was different if I was staying on another place.

Small thing - the shower hot water was from solar so in the morning it was lukewarm.

Lovely little hotel tucked away in District 1. Down a laneway so quiet at night, but a quick walk to party street and other attractions (eg markets, War Remnants Museum). Run by lovely very helpful elderly couple with execellent english.

Great little classic Vietnamise local hotel. Good location, safe, secure, clean and comfortable. We stayed there twice and would defintiely recommend it.

It has a perfect location and very nice owners. They let us checkin very early when we came by night bus from Da Lat. Maybe this is to a high-end hotel, but has everything you need for the stay. Just outside the door on the street, you can eat a delicious breakfast (find Hu Tieu Nam Vang) and have perfect coffee in Yên89. Highly recommendable!!

- Owners are super nice and friendly, ready to help and answer all the questions - Location absolutely great, very close to the main lively street (yet very quiet) and the bus stop (to go to the airport and tunnels) as well as the city center are within walking distance (10min and 20min respectively) - Room big and spacious - There is no elevator, so it might be difficult for people having walking difficulties - There was only one small hand soap, would have been great to also have some shower gel and/or shampoo in the bathroom
