It was a beautiful Oasis, in the Hills. Stunning Council construction happening next door. Didn't affect us too much as we were out during the day

It is simply a wonderful place in a location that looks out of a dream. And all that without being punishingly expensive. The stuff is wonderful and the rooms even have a special bathroom next to the mountain.

Clean room, fresh air, and beautiful mountain views. The staff were very friendly and helped us arrange bicycles quickly. Great place to relax in Trang An.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was nice and the food and drinks were delicious. We loved our stay.

Breakfast buffet was extensive and tasty.

The room was great, Lovely set up, when arriving to the hotel we figured that there’s an actual construction on the site, The front desk welcomed us either a smile and told that he’s sorry but there’s construction on sight between 6:30am to 5pm and offered us 25% discount, he also offered to cancel the reservation and find us a different hotel, it’s already 4:30pm and we didn’t really have much of a choice so we stayed, it wasn’t mentioned anywhere not they never messaged us about this. I find this very disappointing since we traveled all the way from Long Bay and came this construction site. It doesn’t look like they’ll finish anytime soon - so be aware. CONSTRUCTION SITE

The staff was so nice and the room gave us beautiful eco lodge vibes, surrounded by mountains and with a beautiful bath tub.

Beautiful property surrounded by beautiful nature! Stone and natural elements are beautifully incorporated into the design of the property and its surroundings.

Tranquility and close to nature. Staff were fantastic and facilities were clean and bed comfortable. Restaurant food was average to good.

Proximity to the Trang an boats was great - easy to bike or get a Grab there within 5 min. The property is very well taken care of and the rooms are beautiful. Exceeded our expectations! Small thing but the Wifi isn’t the strongest so make sure you have a eSIM or cell phone plan.

This was a stunning place to stay against the most beautiful backdrop. The details in the room were exceptional. The lovely surroundings of the mountains and proximity to all of the activities were perfect. It was a truly wonderful experience. Make sure to get the massages that are offered. They are very reasonable and were such a delight to have a couple's massage together. Everything about the place was top notch. We just wish we could have stayed longer. I truly believe 3 days in this wonderful spot would have been ideal. We only had 2 days. The food was so so. We had dinner the first night at the hotel. It was a bit bland. We ended up walking to a nearby village and had a lovely meal at a restaurant that we walked to. Other than that, it would have been nice to have all of the nearby activities pointed out to us. We discovered some amazing hikes we wish we had known about or were told about because we weren't able to fit them in since we were leaving.

Nestled into nature; beautiful fixtures and local; away from commercial area so quiet apart from the mating frogs (our first night) Good to have GRAB (Asia’s Uber) for getting around or be young enough to rent a scooter

Beautiful setting on river with lovely plantings and outdoor space. Peaceful and quiet- loved the frogs at night. We stayed in the bungalow which we loved. Very well styled. We were in first bungalow so had to keep our curtains drawn most of the time Wish we were in bungalow 2 or 3. Beds super comfortable and great shower. Loved our patio overlooking the river. Had a massage here-quite good also. Very kind keeping our wine cold and offering aloe to my daughter who got a sunburn. My only complaint is the food. We only had 2 breakfasts here but they weren’t very good. Coffee was horrible. Hot offerings weren’t even warm. I stuck with the fruits and yogurt. The rest was quite unappealing. Some could have been good if hot.

The ecolodge is on the banks of a River which is very picturesque. The gardens were well taken care of and were beautiful. We had lovely mountain views from our balcony. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was beautiful. The lodge is outside of town (which is what we wanted) but a quick Grab ride to all the local attractions. The restaurant served very good food with generous portions. Staff were very helpful with suggestions and arranging transportation to Hanoi Airport. It was cool and rainy while we were in Ninh Binh so the room and the restaurant were cool. Staff were very helpful placing outdoor heaters around the restaurant so it was comfortable and cozy.

It’s not luxury and it feels like a 3-star hotel. It’s nice but humble. The food was pretty mediocre both at breakfast and dinner.

Gorgeous and relaxing space not too far from Trang An boat launch. The staff were lovely, the breakfast was tasty, the massages were nicely done at a reasonable price. We would definitely come back.
