Good amenities and excellent staff with great English proficiency. Location is pretty quiet, but some neighbours and homesteads closeby can cause bit noise (low on local standards). Restaurants and stores in walking distance. Staff helped to get taxi back to airport. It was very difficult to get taxi to pick-up from the homestead to the city (maybe due to Tet). The bikes rented from the place were for local size/kids, so not too comfy for western adult, and some of them needed bit maintenance (staff did change or fixed them when asked).

It was the most perfect stay! Great location, wonderful staff, delicious breakfasts, super comfortable and clean rooms plus they had an adorable kitten and dog. This was our favourite place we stayed during our Vietnam travels Nothing. It was seriously all perfect

we went to this hotel for some peace and quiet since we live in very hectic cities and this was perfect! the staff was super helpful so we can enjoy our time and gave us tips to book excursions to do around as well they helped us book our transfer the wifi was not stable but understanding how far the place is i just used my data instead to work. also the wifi is open here so it was kind of a bummer

David and Hannah were SO helpful and kind; we felt like family. David has a great sense of humor too. Food service was very quick, and the chicken with lemongrass and chili was fantastic. David made great cocktails too, and quickly. Many choices available for the breakfast. The Pho Bo was excellent, and we also got a vegetable Pho. Decent coffee available, pre-made, in a dispenser. We enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor seating. Our motorcycle was stored safely in a garage, onsite. Many attractions, such as the Mua Cave were within easy biking or even walking distance; bicycles for rent were decent. I enjoyed the location, being in a small village with a quiet country lane behind the hotel; fantastic for sunset strolls to see the ducks, geese and goats and children playing. I enjoyed the pool -it was clean and not too much chlorine. We had a room on the 2nd floor with a balcony- lovely views of the karsts - and we enjoyed sitting out there. Laundry service was great and fast. No pool towels. Wet bathroom with slippery floors, in other words, not an enclosed, separate shower, which is common in . Lighting was OK, with overhead lighting fixtures; no beside lamps. Only one trashcan , with a lid, in the bathroom. I wish hotels would know that guests need a trashcan in the bedroom, b/c every time you have to dispose of something, you have to go into the wet bathroom. We pulled the 2 bedroom chairs out onto the balcony, so we had comfortable seating, vs the wooden slat loungers. Need more pillows.

This little homestay is absolutely lovely! Would 100% go back. One of my favourite places in Vietnam! The restaurant was lovely, breakfast was good. Pool was great and rooms were lovely. We had a great stay. Do not hesitate to book. Staff were really friendly and we also hired push bikes from the hotel. Not too far from everything.

Beautiful place, well located, peaceful, really clean and taken care of, super kind and friendly staff always smiling and ready to help for any need we had, delicious breakfast and coffee, we had a perfectly enjoyable stay in our 3 days here! Nothing, everything was great actually!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The place was clean and modern. There was a heater in the room, which believe me, in February in Vietnam it i s a luxury

Friendly staff, comfortable bed with soft linen, good price for bike rentals, clean, cutest kitten hangs out at the property. Spacious room, looks just like the photos. Instant coffee at breakfast, limited warm water and felt a bit cold (we went in february). Overall good though!

Excellent location that is quiet and away from the main thoroughfares. The couple that run this Homestay were lovely, friendly and extremely helpful, providing lots of help/ideas/assistance in choosing activities. Breakfast included was excellent with a good variety, and excellent coffee. Rented a scooter for 2 days which was a simple process. Easy walk to many restaurants/bars and completely safe. The room was a good size and comfortable (ground floor looking to pool). The door didn't seal properly and let a draft in, but that was rectified by rolling & placing a towel against the door to stop the bulk of the air. The floor tiles were a bit slippery when wet

Everything was perfect and very clean! The hosts are very helpful and very kind. The breakfast was delicious as well. Highly recommended for a short or long stay.
