Tam Coc Minh Gia Homestay

Stayed three nights and would do so again. Tucked away in a quiet alley but just three minutes walk from the busy street, it was the perfect location to get a peaceful sleep. The rooms were spotless and the hosts kind and helpful. The breakfast was delicious (omelette and French toast for me) and a great way to start the day.

The location was very convenient on a quiet street in the downtown area. Best breakfast we've had in Vietnam. The hosts helped us with anything we needed. Highly recommended

My room window (glass wall) was facing the erea where the owners and owners family are passing all the time, what prevented totally my privacy.

Would definitely stay here again Very minor but the bathroom can get very humid so it would be nice to have a hook to hang the towel right outside the bathroom door so it can dry properly

Amazing price/quality ratio. Clean & comfortable rooms located in a quiet area of Tam Coc, but very walkable to the central lake area. Friendly host family & abundant breakfast. I would recommend and return. -

Nice family, beautiful courtyard area The room I stayed in had mold/mildew on the ceiling that caused me to get sick (see photo). Minh said to contact him via WhatsApp if anything came up but found him unreliable (he said he would take me to the bus station but didn’t show up and sent his mother instead).

Staff and family were excellent. Top class service. Impeccable room and bathroom. Very good breakfast. Great location close to restaurant and lake in minutes. Nothing all all. It was perfect for me.

The room was incredibly clean and a very modest size, amenities well supplied. The location is quiet but close to everything you could need. The included breakfast was fantastic - please get the scrambled eggs. The hosts were flawless, a massive thank you for myself and my other half. I don’t ever leave reviews but I have to leave one for this place. Everything was amazing, the hosts are incredibly friendly. Even though we don’t speak the same language, their personalities were extremely friendly and you’re made to feel so welcome. Also, Breakfast was SUPERB.

Quiet, peaceful location tucked away in a small alley behind the main street but yet very central, less than 5 minutes walk to Tam Coc boat pier. Our double room is spacious and clean with large windows and high ceilings. The owner couple speak basic English but are very kind and friendly. The breakfast in the pretty courtyard is so good, it consists of 2 food items and a drink, which is pre-ordered the night before.

You were always greeted with a lovely smile at this family run homestay. Very well organised, very good breakfast, easy to hire a bike and book onward travel.

We stayed here for three nights and loved it. The room was very big, good AC and a large bathroom with a nice shower. Location was perfect, right in the centre of town but off the main street so it was quiet. The family were so friendly and made us a really nice, big breakfast every morning. Would highly recommend staying here ?

Great Homestay with nice rooms and good breakfast. I needed to stay one extra night and despite them being fully booked and most accommodations in the city being sold out, they were able to help me find a new homestay right next door. Would definitely recommend staying here.
