Very friendly hosts. Good breakfast. Good quiet location with nice courtyard for breakfast. Comfortable bed and good towels. Ceiling fan didn’t work but AC worked fine. Toilet seat loose, handheld shower bracket needed attention.

We loved staying with Tommy and Lilly. They were so kind and genuine. Their breakfast was great and the room quiet and so very clean. We were very lucky to stay there with them. Nothing

Owners very kind and helpful, location of hotel 1 minute walk to the main restaurant street. Needed help with t.v and it was addressed immediately. Breakfast was cooked to order I usually self tour and self plan but this time I trusted them to help. We utilized private taxi offered and for tour B it worked out great, vechie was new SUV with very polite driver. We then requested travel assistance for taxi a to Ha Long and they set up Day Cruise after boat then a taxi to our Hanoi hotel... went very smooth made it very easy Everything was as described. No complaints

Tom and Lily are wonderful people, opened and helpful. They really care so everybody feels good and comfortable They are eager to advice what to see, where to eat or even help to organize a driver, recommend a trip, just ask :) What more, Lily is a great cook and prepares home made breakfast every morning. Room was also nice and extremely clean. It was better than in a hotel. You won't be dissapointed It was perfect

This place is run by the dream team: Tommy, his lovely wife, and their trusty caretaker. And let me tell you, they manage this property with the finesse of a luxury hotel staff and the warmth of a family. Honestly, some 4-star hotels could take a leaf or two out of their book. The highlight? Tommy and his wife woke up at the crack of dawn (okay, more like pre-dawn!) to whip up the most epic breakfast we had in Vietnam at 6:30 AM—because, you know, early checkout waits for no one. Who does that? Legends, that’s who. The location is a sweet spot in the city center, with easy access to bustling streets, amazing eateries, and even a fruit-and-veggie market for the health nuts. Tommy and Lilly are amazing hosts. The homestay is located on a side alley next to the busy main street. The rooms are large, and breakfast served in the courtyard was delicious, and all tours we booked through Tommy were incredibly good. They made sure we avoided the tour groups wherever we went.

We had two tours arranged by the host, Tommy, and they were excellent in value and varieties. The weather....rained 3 days in a row before we arrived and a lot of roads are flooded.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Tam Coc Moment Homestay! The hosts were incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The room was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, offering all the comforts of home. I especially appreciated the homemade breakfast, local tips. And the location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions.
