Tam Coc Nam Hoa Hotel and Spa

The breakfast was surprisingly bad given the expectations due to the price. The price is high compared to the quality given the nearby hotels which have lower prices and are quite acceptable too.

My room was really spacious with a balcony facing the mountains. Sunset was wonderful. Bathroom had a large glass shower and new fixtures. There was an arm chair and coffee table, desk, armoire and more. I had little interaction with the staff--sufficient English and very nice. Breakfast was fine, just watermelon, eggs made-to-order, bread, etc. Location was perfect--in the middle of the main street (my room was on the back so no noise), lots of restaurants and shops feet away.

We came at winter time, and the hot water at the bathroom were not hot.

The pool, water looked clean, but the pool tiles needed a good scrub!

We changed to this hotel due to it being in a better location for us and it did just that with the extra of a really lovely pool and it was super clean and had very friendly helpful staff. It’s on a great road which is in the middle of everything and it was really quiet at night also. I would recommend The air con stopped working in the middle of the night and it was quite hard to get hold of a member of staff because the reception isn’t 24 hour. But after a little while we managed to find someone.

Excellent central location in heart of Tam Coc. We enjoyed using the swimming pool. Rather basic facilities but beds were very comfy which is main thing. We thought we were getting a bath but just a shower. Breakfast was rather basic compared to others in Vietnam. No egg station or bacon! Seems to be used by a lot of tour groups e.g. intrepid. Be aware street life in Tam Coc starts early I.e. 5.30am!

The staff were smiling, understood and spoke basic English Daily Room cleaning service is great The location in Tam Coc is ok Possibility to rent bike / motorbike Laundry service way to long, took 24h for 2kg. Breakfast is poor, likely they have some fruit. Swimming pool is dirty and has a weird orange color on the bottom so we didn't use it. Aircon has only heating and fan option, what about if it's warm in the room ? The building doesn't have any isolation, we were staying at the highest level and we can hear people talking from the ground floor... When i took a normal shower, we can be sure my partner will have cold water after me. Hotel much too expensive for poor facilities

Room was very big and clean, beds were extremely comfortable and location was excellent. Staff were all very friendly and helpful ! Breakfast was a let down, not a lot of choice, mainly just pastry’s, bread and fruit.

It was in a good location The building is oddly shaped. I think it’s two hotels turned into one? It’s kinda old and I didn’t sleep well. The air con didn’t work. They came to fix it but it just stopped working again. So I was boiling all night.

The room was really nice Big breakfast buffet but most of it was poor quality

Bikes for hire from reception and shower facilities available before I left for an overnight bus. A little confusion on checking in. First two rooms hadn’t been cleaned from previous guests. Air conditioning in room didn’t seem to work.

Central location in the main street; bedroom good size and clean, comfortable and quiet.

Stayed In executive suite. Amazing hotel & staff, great location for Ninh Bin transfers & activities wise. View from the balcony was Amazing! Really looked after us & made us feel at home during our stay! Breakfast was also lovely, lots of options. Would definitely stay again & would recommend!

Hiu was the main staff who made our stay very comfortable. He was very responsive and friendly and took care of our needs i.e. room change, transportation that was cheaper than Grab & laundry service via hotel. Breakfast was very good. Our first room had AC but the second room the AC did not work.
