We had a lovely stay. Our hosts were very kind and easy to communicate with. Breakfast is very good and offers a few options. Swimming pool is great. Room and bathroom were both spacious and clean. Perfect!

Big room with mountain view, a bit outside the main area but perfect to start walking and be already in nature. The family running the homestay is very nice and always available.

only positive point: the staff was nice and accommodating and canceled the rest of my planned stay without discussion I hate writing negative reviews, but unfortunately this hotel is really not recommended. Cockroaches, grossly dirty bedding, mold on the ceiling… really bad.

The friendliness of the staff, it’s a very friendly family. Okay, the owner is great. They help you with everything you need. We took the hotel at the last minute because the bus left us at three in the morning and we could not enter ours; if we had known we would have stayed here. It didn’t give us any problem on the contrary, all facilities. The room very clean, close to everything, the center of Tam Coc, great location. It’s worth it! We have even seen them again to have a beer at their bar, which is also great at night to have a drink. Nada, todo es bien!

The lamp on the bedside table didn't work but I absolutely love everything else about Cosy Son!

We enjoyed our stay pretty much. Friendly staff and organization for bus travels. We rent a motorcycle and could use the bikes for 1-2 hours in the evening as well. Rooms are comfy and have a pretty view. It's located at the end of the city centre but not to far, you can easily reach all you need in 5-15 minutes.
