The hotel was very clean despite being amist remodeling.

Nice and quiet. People were all very kind. They had renovations going on, which they told us up front, but it never interrupted our stay.

Location First room air conditioner did not work. S3cond reem air conditioner was very noisy like parts rubbing against each other. Shower did not work had to take bath. Toilet lid screw covers missing. Most outdated room and tv i have ever seen. It is way overpriced for what you get.

I tried calling the number for reservations but Talked to someone else. Pricie online with 3rd companies giving better prices. I I did try to make reservations with Hampton. I did not get my rewards even if I am a Hilton rewards member. Clerk would not give me even a water bottle.

Room smelt musty and shower had no water pressure. After check-in a maintenance employee walked into my room without knocking, I believe the room was marked as do not book, due to shower issue or no water pressure, and no hot water. I will not ever stay at this hotel in any of my future trips to Hobbs.

There wasnt anything I didnt like. The only thing was I wish there was a little more variety for breakfast.

Booked a room with a pull out couch for our daughter and needed to call for extra pillows and blankets which could have been in the room

Our room was very clean the mattress was pretty comfortable the pillows were not so comfortable they do go down pretty flat I like to have a little bit more support so better pillows would make this day and excellent one!

Loved the layout of our room! The only questionable thing was breakfast Friday morning. The lady over the kitchen was late. Gravy seemed strange! Everything else was perfect.

Nothing That I was satisfied and when asked for a refund I got double charged so all together we paid over 300 dollars for only staying on night

You deceived me on where the hotel was located and didn't give me a refund. I will never use booking.com again and I will let everyone know what you did to me

They charged WAY too much, 3x the normal rate, for a pet fee on a room we stayed in 4 hours. Scam to say the least.
