Sleep Inn & Suites Hobbs

Not as clean as advertised, checking in was horrible and took forever. Rooms were not noise resistant, we could hear everything.

Jetted tub in room was nice

I would say someplace much better than this.

The bed was comfortable They were waiting other rooms right next to our rooms. The hallway was a mess with equipment and the paint smell was horrible. The desk manager was very rude. They should have discounted our rooms for all the mess and disturbance. They should have shut down the whole floor to remodel. Not have guest tripping over equipment and smelling paint. And the lighting in the rooms was to dark.

Beds were very comfy, staff were extremely nice and the hot breakfast was top notch for a hotel meal

The hotel was exactly as described and you get exactly what you paid for.

The smell of the room was horrible the bed sheets dirty the carpet dirty, the door handle of the bathroom broken, the restroom dirty and the towels, the TV doesn’t work and neither the phone.

Hot tub Tv didn’t work And ask 4 times to fix it

The stay was exceptional! The gal on the front desk attending us was AMAZING. The lady attending the breakfast was on her phone instead of doing her job. What was worse is, she went out and vaped wearing the gloves she serves the food in. Then came back in and cross-contaminated using the serving spoons. Needless to say, it was uncomfortable to watch. Other than this, our stay was exceptional.

The hotel was good for a good or one night stay, breakfast could have been better but overall a good hotel for price.

I wouldn't stay here again.

It was in the town I was visiting. Wifi was down and staff didn’t tell us at check-in. Staff on duty offered us a 10% discount, but management fired him before we left and refused to honor the discount. They didn’t clean the room like they were supposed to even though we left early each day. The breakfast wasn’t good at all and shut down earlier than other hotels I’ve stayed in. Don’t stay here if you want good service and honest management.

Was in location I needed, but know to find a new location twice a year when visiting Hobbs from now on. No wifi, fire sprinkler in room leaked, 2 of 3 ice machines were down, limited parking and staff did not inform us they were under construction or that we could not use Smart TV or internet! Breakfast ends early and was not that good at all.

Location of hotel The TV in our room did not work no signal. I called front desk they knew of issue and wanted to change me to another room with a good TV. Then she says, oh we can't change you either our "system" does not allow it. (Our event was not untill the evening so we planned on being there for the day:( Front desk said I will note it for my supervisor. Next day, I asked for housekeeping front desk says they just left for the day i will note it. When I had just seen them still cleaning rooms upstairs. At check out they still asked how was my stay. Well they did not change my room nor housekeeping and nothing was noted according to front desk. Terrible Customer Service a sorry does not solve anything.
