I was there 3 nights had to extend my stay and had no problems. I was not forced to move out or even take another room both front desk management treated me with respect and did everything they could to make my transition go smoothly. The evening lady was in training and food am amazing job considering she was new at that job. My praise to her for an amazing job Everything was perfect for me and my Fiancé

The manager and assistant manager are absolutely rude and unprofessional, their couches/ chairs are not safe !! My daughter got leg laceration from metal sticking out of the chair, neither managers were willing to help pay hospital bill or give refund. I DO NOT recommend staying here at all

My 1st stay was excellent, 2nd not so much. The 2nd time, the curtains were stained in the bedroom & had to force them shut, the carpet was coming up at the door entry and the shower handle came off when I finished up my shower, luckily I was able to turn off the water.

The room I received does not match the description on Expedia. I reserved a King Efficiency Suite specifically because it listed a queen sofa bed, but I was assigned a basic single room with just a king bed. This is a poor and inaccurate representation of what is being offered.

Yes, the property looked like that, but it was connected to the comfort inn .The hall was so long. The front desk was at the Comfort Inn. There was no available parking hardly ever the staff oh man, the staff. Very crowded, very combined, not at all what I expected

Room was very nice and clean. Housekeeping was mediocre—could not speak English and did not refresh our room in 2 days. Didn’t have bedding for pull out bed. Check in clerk was phenomenal. Bed was like as hard as sleeping on the floor. Breakfast was an absolute joke… McDonald’s has a better offering. But, as far as a nice clean room, it done a good job just could use improvement on comfort and offerings.

Rooms are not cleaned and restocked prior to stay, breakfast staff rude and treats you like your stealing food even though breakfast is supposed to be included, food items such as. Meat, sausages, and hash browns undercooked and biscuits are always burnt
