Luckily I checked the room first, which was a well decorated prison cell without windows! We didn't come all the way to Hoi An for that so we canceled.

We have travelled extensively so we know quality when we see it. The location is a 15 minute walk from the Old Town. The hotel is well appointed and the room was really nice. When you go to the pool it is so tranquil and relaxing. The buffet breakfast was excellent. Can’t fault the hotel. Nothing to complain about.

Everyone and everything was wonderful. Street and local community noise was noticeable. Staff very helpful and facilities were well maintained.

This is an amazing hotel on the edge of the old town (15 minutes walk) with large comfy rooms, great pool, buffet breakfast with Asian/western choices. It is quiet for sleeping, with air con@ and a fridge for keeping cool. Staff were friendly and helpful . Only 2 small gripes. Housekeeping came at 4pm when we were back in the rooms, from our day out, needing showers/ snoozes. The bathroom has only 1 light and when you close the black shower curtain, the shower is in complete darkness !! Neither were worthy of complaints though.

This property is clean and has super friendly staff. The breakfast has a wide variety of options including Vietnamese food. The spa is also exceptional and a reasonable value. The WiFi was not very fast and presented some connectivity issues. The slow speed interrupted online movie viewing.

The pool and garden setting were fab! Breakfast was very basic for this price point. Rooms were sold online to look nicer and fancier than they are in person. A fancy bathtub that leaked and promised to have a refund that never eventuated.

Greenery views Poor noice cancellation. Room has no window. Room layout is poor as well. And not clean the hallway properly.
