Room & Vibe: The rooms are wonderfully spacious. Staying in an attic room provided a beautiful, authentic experience. The bathroom was incredibly comfortable, and we loved the lush green view. Pool & Facilities: We spent a lot of enjoyable time by the pool. The pool menu was very satisfying, and having a happy hour was a great bonus! Everywhere was relaxing and impeccably clean. Food: Breakfast was great, and we had a lovely time enjoying our meals. AC was a bit noisy, but It was working well

The room is gorgeous with dynasty-sque decoration and style. Plumerias were in bloom and it reminded me so much of home. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend getting a massage here. I came back from an early morning photoshoot and the staff asked if I had eaten yet. They kept breakfast open for me. The rice paper factory is also quite interesting as well! As cool as the outdoor shower was, the rooms adjacent can technically see you through their windows. Their windows/room layout mirrors your own room, so it's quite far from where most people would be lounging in the hotel room, but still. Also be warned: the shampoo and body wash containers are made of ceramic and are quite slippery. I accidentally dropped and broken one and that was 100K VND

Large clean rooms. Wonderful staff. Nice poo and we’ll maintain gardens. The balcony didn’t have a table on it to set your things. It’s always nice at night to sit outside and play cards or have a glass of wine. No option.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, they had great amenities like the noodle making classes and umbrellas along with the shuttles to the old ancient town. Bath tub was great for a bath. Would have liked to see some accessibility considerations since my stepdad is of low vision.

Ancient House was everything we expected. Nice accommodations and amenities and a good breakfast. What stood out most was the people, and especially Minh. Minh was incredibly gracious and thoughtful throughout or stay and made us feel at home. He went above and beyond to make sure that we were enjoying our time. It was a pleasure to get to know him. Of all the people we met on our travels through Vietnam, Minh stood out as the most exceptional. N/A

The resort is beautiful with its own ancient house. It's like 20 minutes walk from the old town but they offer shuttle service at specific times. The room is so nice, clean, and cozy. Will definitely come back and highly recommend for a nice retreat. The lower room's view got blocked by the tree and ancient house. Suggest getting upper level rooms if you want a clean view of the garden and pool. Breakfast was too simple to my liking but some dish were tasty.

A great place with a with a peaceful atmosphere, beautiful garden and pool area, as well as beautifully designed houses. Very generous breakfast – great location suitable for short or long bicycle tours to beaches and paddy fields. Would like to come back.

Reasonably central location. Nice gardens and pool. The bus service to the beach and to the old town was also good. We had a bit of a scare as our room was nearly lost 24 hours prior to arrival (although they did manage to recover the situation and we got our room back). Whilst these things happen - we had booked 6 months ago - so were not expecting this.

A lovely Hotel not far from the Old town. The food was very nice. The breakfast had local and continental food. We had lunch og evening meal at the hotel a couple of times and it was really good. All the staff were very kind and very helpfull.The pool was clean and in nice surroundings. We can highly recommend this nice smallere hotel. We were really well looked after.
