Happy hour at the rooftop bar. The bar man was unfriendly and the drinks were flat and tasteless. Could hardly taste the gin. Trying to explain this he was quite dismissive and rude. Also you have to order two of the same drinks to get the other free.

This hotel is just in waljing distance from the old city. They also offer free bicycles which makes exploring Hoi An even easier. The staff is very friendly an helpful. The food, both breakfast, in the redtaurant is delicious. The roof top pool is ckean and the view over the river is gorgeous. The room is spacious and the beds very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute here. Nothing, everything was perfect!

The room was beautiful and spacious, spotless, comfortable and well designed. The shower and bathtub was great. The breakfast was super delicious and also the evening manu. Loved the pool and the beds in the water. The staff and service was super great. From the moment i booked until the moment i left i felt taking care of, so many perks and lovely addition that just made my stay exceptional. Thank you so much! Highly recommend! Nothing!

Good location, close but not in town. The staff were great. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and nicely fitted, with double glazed windows to keep out the noice. The breakfast had a good selection of Viet and western food and all really nice.

The staff went out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. The hotel is lovely, the pool and restaurant are great settings. I can't say enough about the hotel staff. Nothing. I had to leave way to early in the morning.

Very nice staff that speaks fluent English. Nice rooftop pool. Room is very clean. 10min foot massage included. One taxi trip to Da Nang included when you check out. Only complaint is the location, it is ~15min walk or 3min taxi from Hoi An old city. Located in a not-so-clean neighborhood.

The hotel is located a little outside the Old Town, but it’s still very easy to get around, which actually makes the location very nice and quiet. Free bike rental is included, which makes it extremely convenient to explore. I biked easily to both the Old Town and the beach. As a bonus, the hotel is close to the theme park where the Hoi An Memory Show is held. Definitely go see the show — it’s absolutely spectacular! Overall a lovely stay with great hospitality.

Exceptional value! Rooms are modern, clean and included perks like complimentary high tea, 10min foot massage, and transportation after your stay were kind given the already great price for connecting rooms. Perfect for families- we stayed in a room with a Queen bed and connecting room with 2 twins. Complimentary bikes were helpful and fit our tall 8 &9yr olds- biking does involve some busy roads so make sure they are comfortable with this It’s about a 15-20min walk to old town or a short Grab ride. But this makes the area quieter and calmer.

Property was very homely

The location was great; it was far enough from the concentrated noise and bustle of the Old Town, yet close enough to get there with a Grab taxi (or by bicycle, which the hotel supplies for free!). The hotel amenities were perfect, King size bed, balcony, TV, bathroom with both bathtub and separate shower, etc. The Staff were both friendly and helpful. A great stay for anyone! We slept with the AC off and the balcony door open during the nights, unfortunately the neighborhood sounds began very early! The roosters crowing, the dogs barking, and the sound of the hotel's compressor unit coming to life all contributed to an early wake up in the morning.

The property is in a good location. Walkable to the action in under 10 minutes but far enough from the noise to be peaceful and quiet. Its stars are considered justified for Hoi An standards. We were treated really well, with respect, which never happens whilst i’m staying as a high level elite member at Hilton, Marriott and IHG. With regard to staff behaviour, it was on the same level one would suspect from a more expensive 5* hotel outside of Asia. We were upgraded to a slightly bigger room at check-in and were brought back to our hotel in Da Nang in a luxury car for free. The breakfast is adequate and better than most branded hotels. We had dinner here twice and the food was tasteful and did not make us sick. Furthermore we were helped with luggage from arrival till departure and even when we arrived at our new hotel in Da Nang, it was their driver who helped us with the luggage, not the staff of the Hilton we were checking into where I am a Gold member. I would pick this hotel again when visiting Hoi An without question. There was a slight issue with water supply and pressure. The water would cut off during a shower for a minute or two and then come back. Same would happen at the sink and the tub. They did apologise for it and said they would fix it so i am looking forward to that the next time i decide to stay here.

Little Gem's staff stands out for their friendliness and dedicated support throughout my stay. I enjoyed the breakfast and the assortment of vietnamese and fresh food was great. The room was spacious and you can enjoy your own private balcony.

We loved our stay at Little Gem Hotel in Hoi An. The hotel is incredibly comfortable and exceptionally clean. Everything feels fresh, well maintained, and thoughtfully designed. The bed is extremely comfortable — we slept so well every night. The room itself is beautiful, spotless, and very relaxing. It has excellent service, every single staff member is genuinely focused on making sure you have the best experience possible. They are attentive, kind, and always ready to help with anything you need. The breakfast was very good, and the restaurant food in general is delicious. Their laundry service is excepcional. At a previous place, our clothes had been stained during laundry, and we sent those same damaged pieces here just to wash. Without us even explaining the situation, they returned our clothes looking like new. The location is excellent — in a peaceful and quiet area, but still close to delicious local restaurants. It’s perfect if you want to avoid the overly touristy crowds while still being close to everything. They also provide free bicycles, which is ideal for exploring Hoi An. Definitely the best place to stay in Hoi An. We would come back without hesitation. Checkout was a little slow.

Phenomenal stay! The hotel management and staff all go above and beyond to ensure patrons are comfortable during their stay. The food was amazing. The location is perfect. I will stay here again in Hoi An! Great location for walking to Hoi An Memories and Hoi An old city.
