Loved this place! The staff are genuinely wonderful. The entire hotel was very clean, comfortable, the views were amazing from the rooftop pool. The breakfast selection was vast. Cocktails were yum. My son loved the kids club. Every staff member from reception, restaurant/bar staff and house keeping were just so awesome and kind.They even snuck in a surprise birthday pannacotta for my partner which was really neat! Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay at hotel Babylon and would certainly stay again if visiting Hoi an in the future, really liked the traditional Vietnamese decor theme throughout the hotel and rooms, breakfast was great with a large selection including lots of fruit which we especially liked. The hotel is immaculate and seems to be very well ran, I would say it’s closer to a 5 star even though I believe official rating is 4 star. 2 very small things that could be improved on but doesn’t affect my final score. Firstly we could hear some clanging noises which I think was coming from gym or possibly dining area in the late evening and early morning, perhaps ensuring gym door is shut when in use at these times could prevent this. Secondly, a fair bit of the space in the shower was lost because of the curtain was on a rail that cut across a good part of the shower space which made the shower much tighter that it could be.

The property is beautiful and special attention has paid to every little detail in the room. Ling, the front house manger was exceptionally good with our little one and seeking feedback on how to improve their guests experience. Really appreciate that and we will be back. The quality of breakfast especially the bakery section and vegetarian options could be improved otherwise all good.

A beautiful, well maintained hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were spacious, quiet and immaculately clean. The beds were very comfortable and the outdoor areas were beautiful. The pool was fabulous. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. The 2 for 1 drinks during happy hour were fantastic and bar and breakfast staff were lovely. The overall stand out was Miss Chi together with Linh, whose friendly and warm manners really made our stay a joy. We highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay again. We loved everything

Friendly staff, super welcoming and accommodating to our needs. Spacious rooms and comfortable bath! Ensured our stay was as smooth and comfortable as possible despite the rainy season. Nit-picking but found 1-2 flies on the salad bar during breakfast.

Amazing stay in this hotel, which was the best hotel we stayed in Vietnam (and even abroad!!). The staff is so nice and helpful, they take the time to explain the things to do nearby and give great advices. The rooms are big and very clean and cosy. The beds are super comfortable, and the staff even decorated the room for our special event. The breakfast has plenty of choices, and the massage service is AMAZING. I highly recommend staying there and thank you again to all the staff for their kindness, we will come back soon! Nothing

We had an amazing stay at this hotel for our anniversary. The staff were fantastic and went above and beyond for us. This is a very luxurious hotel for a great price. I would definitely stay again :)

The staff are the stars at Babylon 'Luxury' Hotel. They were all lovely and very friendly. There was plenty of variety for breakfast. The hotel is advertised as five-star, but the accommodation is four-star at most. We booked a double/twin with terrace, but there was no terrace,the room looked out onto a corrugated roof. There is no sound insulation,a member of our group was in the room next door and could hear our conversation clearly. On this trip we have also stayed in accommodation that is rated four-star, cost less, and overall, the quality of accommodation has been better in those, more comfortable beds, bigger bathrooms etc.

The location was great, not far from the old town and we had access to bicycles which was perfect. We stayed for 4 days and would have liked more variety for breakfast

They speak really good English, great place to be able to check out and stay late given great facilities. Free breakfast has everything. Receptionists and staff all super friendly and super helpful.
