Excellent place to stay in A Bang Beach. Facilities and room very clean and great value. Steps away fro beach and restaurants. The manager, Van was very helpful and friendly. Staff very friendly. Highly recommend!

Linh Seaside was a very lovely boutique hotel. I was welcomed with an amazing fruit platter and just extremely friendly staff that spoke English and extremely accommodating. I have to also add that the breakfast that was provided was a lot of food and tasted amazing. Don't hesitate to book! Also, a very short walk to the beach.

Steps to the beach. Amazing staff and the rooms were clean and comfortable. This has been the highlight location of our trip so far. So quiet and everything we could want steps away. We loved the pool right outside our room for a quick dip and spending days at the beach with access to free beach loungers. Easy to take shuttle or a Grab to enjoy Hoi A but avoid all the chaos when we wanted to chill. We stayed a night in DaNang and it was so touristy and noisy. This was a much more enjoyable beach experience. Nothing

Location is fantastic - steps from the beach and not far from the main road. Staff provided great recommendations for everything, ranging from food to tours, to pharmacies, etc, and never hesitated to help with anything. Good vibes all around. Room was bright and clean, they even have a little elevator to help with luggage if needed. Overall the stay was great, if I had to offer constrcutive feedback, keypad at main gate seems a little rusty/hard to open and close. But this is only an issue if coming back after they close the gate.

Taxis cant come by the door, in case there is a heavy rain, but hotel can order their taxi that can come by the corner slightly more expensive than a grab. Grab stops by main road and its short walking distance

All of the staff are very friendly and the home stay is beautiful. It’s tucked down a quiet alley close to the beach. Many restaurants, cafes and bars a very close distance. Free breakfast and it was delicious. The room was comfortable and the shower stayed hot. Nothing

Super kind and friendly staff, nice breakfast. The location is very close to the beach and plenty of restaurants around. The kids also loved the pool. Free shuttle to/from the city 2/1 times per day, but Grab or the transfer via the hotel were also easy (and not expensive) to arrange.

I think Linh Seaside is probably the best location for a visit to Hoi An. It is central to An Bang Beach with tons of restaurants, spas, coffee shops, and mini marts within a few minutes walk. The staff is really what makes this a perfect stay. Ha Giang (sorry I know I'm spelling that wrong) and Van made us feel so welcome and treated us like great friends. It felt more like a homestay than a hotel. We actually stayed at both Linhs and this was a quality they both had. The staff will go above and beyond and even will help you decide or book activities. They aren't pushy, you can tell they are getting their recommendations from guest experiences. The beach is just out the front door, down the block. You're basically on it without being beach front. The restaurant they have a partnership with for umbrellas without service charge or minimums is a great spot with good drinks and food. I pretty much got the grilled oysters daily. The other beachfront restaurants are also just a short walk away. We think this is the best way of visiting Hoi An / Da Nang for a good mix of beach time and culture/adventure. Much better than some big soulless resort. The hotel will call you a car for a ride into town for free much of the day, and when its not free the price is usually better than Grab. If you don't want to wait a few minutes you can always walk a couple minutes to the main road, call a grab, and get an immediate pickup. We really liked the big rooms, pool area, and breakfast area with the beautiful lamps making you feel like you're still in Hoi An at night. Breakfast is awesome you choose between varied western or local options the night before and always get fresh fruit. Nothing, great place!

Amazing location! Really can't beat it if you want a stay near the beach. Lovely staff and delicious breakfast. Our room was comfortable (but still cramped with a family with 2 young, crazy boys haha). Was great to cool off in the pool after some time at the beach or in Old Town. The Linh Seaside partners with Phuongs Beach Restaurant for beach chairs and umbrellas which was awesome. We spent so much time at the beach ordering cocktails and dinner, its cheaper than Shore Club and a bit more relaxed as well. Easily walkable to some great places like Heaven Garden Spa and Purble Lantern. Was great to borrow bikes to ride a bit further into town. I accidentally left my Kindle at the hotel and the staff messaged me immediately to let me know. Was very grateful for that! Also, laundry service was quick and affordable. Great little cocktail and coffee shack right downstairs as well (Kua). It's not so much the hotel but more my kids, but it was a little stressful when they were swimming in the pool because other people were staying in the rooms RIGHT next to the pool. So I was always worried about them splashing and making too much noise. No one complained that I know of but still was stressful for me. Breakfast was great but did find it hard with having to pre-order at night as sometimes we would over or under-order not knowing how hungry we would be in the morning.
