Room was bright and airy Smart TV was slow . Swimming pool very small. They should turn it into an ornamental fish pond.

Everything was good, especially the hosts; the couple was very helpful and friendly. The hotel isn't beachfront, but it's only a 10-minute walk away. There are plenty of seafood restaurants, beer gardens, and local food stalls, as well as convenience stores in the surrounding area.

I had a great stay at this hotel near the beach in Hoi An. The breakfast was truly unbeatable: big portions, fresh fruits, a delicious smoothie, and Vietnamese coffee. The hotel is close to the sea, offers very fast internet, and has clean rooms. It’s a family-run place. I was satisfied and would definitely recommend it!

A bit of traffic noise comes through in the evening. With curtains drawn I hardly hear it. Walk to the beach goes through the market.

A lovely friendly atmosphere. Staff were really ready to assist and were very proactive in making sure guests had a good experience. No TV channels available

The rooms were spotlessly clean. The outdoor mini pool, fairy lighting and flowers were beautiful. The location was brilliant - only 2 minutes on push bikes to the beautiful An Nang beach and a 10 minute Grab ride to old town Hoi An. The hosts were very accommodating - couldn’t do enough. Su, the lady who worked with them, was excellent at overcoming any language barriers between us. She was also so helpful in organising taxis, motorbikes, bicycles, booking tickets, transport for a DIY trip to Cham Island (stunning) and anything else we needed.

The staff are so hard working and helpful. It’s in a convenient location - quiet but near the shops / restaurants / beach. It has a very easy atmosphere. There is a small pool which is nice to dangle your legs in on very hot days. There was a fridge, a kettle and air conditioning all which were useful. Nothing much !

Breakfast choices excellent and adequate. Freshly squeezed juices, awesome omelets, great coffee. Hosts could not do enough to make me feel like family, very kind and charming people, while not speaking any English: we laughed a lot while using a translation App. The location is near friendly coffee shops, restaurants, a few bars, a few metres from the ocean. I liked everything

Very modern with everything top quality. Location great for both beach and wandering around the small community. Quieter than Hoi An. Large double with balcony really great. Welcome fruit juice on arrival and friendly helpful staff.

Super clean room with comfortable bed and super close to the beach and restaurants. The hosts were amazing and were very generous. I’ll be going back next month to stay with them for another week. Everything was perfect.

We love the friendly owners here! They are amazing, accommodating and always greet with beautiful smiles. They have amazing breakfast options that are all super delicious ? and the best ca phe sua da to kick start your day. The location is prefect, with a local produce market in the mornings at the end of the street and then many restaurants all within a few minutes walk. The beach is only a 5 minute walk away too. We also love the super comfy beds, the balcony and the nice quiet location. This was our second stay here and will be back many more times. Thank you so much for the delicious dinner you cooked for us on our last night's stay. We had the most wonderful 2 weeks.
