The hotel is beautiful, very stylish and love the design. The staff were wonderful and attentive. The breakfast was delicious, service great. Loved the pool and it was very quiet. Loved being able to use the bikes. I didn't like that we didn't have a door on our bathroom. I get up earlier than my husband so it was hard not to wake him up without a door! The breakfast room is a bit hot and needed more fans or AC. The bar was NEVER open when we were there. It would have been nice to have a drink by the pool.

Authentic, stylish, and an amazing experience. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, which made the stay even more special. Great location, very close to Old Town but still peaceful. Would definitely come back.

Very nice stay here in Hoi An. The hotel facilities are very clean and nicer, the hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. We always enjoyed the breakfast which includes made ti order items. We highly recommend this hotel. Nothing.

Beautiful hotel close enough to walk to old town but also far enough away. Staff is incredible. The breakfast is the best. This is our fourth time visiting Hoi An. It’s our new favourite hotel. We have booked to go back on this trip. Nothing except for a small issue with the free bike rental.

We loved their a la carte breakfast which was our favorite in Vietnam! Our room was very spacious and there is a lot of beautiful woodwork throughout the building. My daughter liked the good water pressure in the shower and the 5pm foot bathes were relaxing after a long day of walking. The staff was very helpful including Thanh who communicated with us before stay and at check out and Diem who gave us great local information and helped us with transportation!

The elegant decor, the calm nature, and friendly staff of the hotel Constant rooster sounds from neighboring properties made it hard to sleep the first night but the staff was accommodating to let us change our room. Excellent breakfast but perhaps change the types of pastries and fruit served everyday. Best Cao Lao on our trip!

The staff are hands-on, generous with their time and so warm. The room is spacious, the amenities also always available and kept to top quality. Absolute delight of a hotel.

Everything was beautiful from the decor of the hotel to the excellent care we received from the staff. The pool was lovely, the breakfast was delicious. We appreciated the nightly footpath and the afternoon tea. We got one spa treatment which was fantastic. The free bikes were perfect for getting out to the beach and enjoying the nearby countryside. We highly recommend Maison Vy and would definitely stay there again.

Really great hotel, beautiful interior and very helpful staff that gave a lot of helpful advice. You can take a bike and explore the city which is amazing. We would definitely recommend staying here.

The staff were beautiful and attentive. It was noisy outside which is normal but inside, we could hear people upstairs, downstairs, next door. Walls are very thin.
