The whole place was amazing. The staff were so attentive and friendly. Excellent location and the most amazing buffet breakfasts. I also ate in the restaurant one night and it was delicious. Highly recommend!

Small but good It’s not the kind of front beach

This was our second time staying here. We stayed here in March and loved it and decided to stay again. We had informed them it was our anniversary so they had a little dessert/cake for us in the fridge. The staff are so helpful and try to make the experience comfortable. We absolutely love the hotel and would come back again. The wifi in our room sometimes would drop and because I had to teach online, I was a bit worried when the call kept dropping.

Everything about this hotel was exceptional.

There is a construction yard just outside blocking sea view. Beach sand was not very clean. Hotel restaurant could be a little cheaper.

Staff team made me feel at home and welcomed at all time. Pool is in good size for all ages. Sand Beach is just the other side of street. Shuttle bus availability to old town and the other beach is superb. Great range of room service options to choose from. The team illustrates the great hospitality I was told about Vietnam - unforgettable memories. Very much appreciated! I know this is more of personal preference. Wishing the restaurant and lobby area is well air conditioned at all time. And the improvement of humidity and air quality in Gym.

We booked a suite but didn't quite like its location inside the hotel, asked if we can change and got a really good corner room (slight downgrade but that was completely fine for us) with a great view to rice fields. The lady who checked us in and changed our room was very nice and helpful, she even tried and succeeded to put some good and quiet neighbors in a nearby room after we complained about noise from the previous ones (see below). We could breath without an issue, there is ventilation and no bad smell. It was a good change and we could heal after coming from another place which had moldy smell. Laundry service was good and not too expensive. The breakfast was really really good, it felt like every single item and even ingredient was the best possible quality, it is a kind of breakfast you don't want to miss It says soundproof, but it is not soundproof in any way. It looks like it was some other hotel which was bought by Wyndham, and the original builders didn't know anything about soundproofing at all. There is a large enough hole left beneath the entrance door after closing it. Windows are single layer, the worst thing is that there are holes inside the "wall" between your and your neighbors balcony, I wonder who was the genius to design it like that. You can put your hand inside these holes and shake hands with your neighbor. They can also see your room from their balcony through these holes so you just have to keep curtains partly closed. If someone is sitting on their balcony and talking, nearby rooms will hear them even with their windows closed. The floor is tiles, so when someone drags furniture even below your room, you will hear it. The walls are even "better", we had only one neighbor room, we heard they came late night to their room, and some dude began to roar like a tiger, then went to the balcony and started talking, after that we could hear them showering and constantly hitting something in their bathroom, after they checked out we heard the staff repairing something in that room after their stay which is hilarious. As mentioned above - after they left, we got some quiet neighbors we barely heard, but still, it is more of a problem of hotel "soundproofing" than the guests themselves, the building is poorly designed in that regard, but at least staff try their best to make your life easier.

Nice property. I liked the breakfast and the pool. This hotel seems to attract noisy guests, from the drunk woman singing at the top of her lungs in the room above us to screaming kids. It’s a very nice hotel, but not for people seeking peace.

very clean, the hotel is older but well maintained … the decor, the pool area, and sitting furniture was very well maintained. Excellent friendly staff. excellent breakfast!!

Nice size room and comfortable bed. Great breakfast and friendly staff. We really enjoyed our stay there.

WiFi was sketchy and would disconnect quite a lot. This is something that they should remedy. Somewhat secluded which is good and bad. It was quiet but not many decent restaurants close by. We mostly went into Hoi An or to An Bang beach to eat at night. Closest half way decent grocery store is 800m away.

I would rate this hotel as one of my top five of hotels I’ve stayed at throughout Asia. Impeccably maintained, stylish decor and tiling, the food was excellent, staff extra helpful and friendly. Hard to find anything bad to say other than I wish the pillows had been softer. This is a common problem with hotel pillows.

WiFi is pretty bad

The staff are friendly, and the doormen are very helpful. The pool is nice, but it is located in the shade, so it can be quite cold. All the doors in each unit are very loud. This is not the guests’ fault, the doors themselves need to be fixed, as they make a loud noise when closing. It woke me up throughout the night. Both beds are dented in the middle, which caused back pain.

Good value and good location near beach. Not in the beach. I expected it to be on the beach. It wasn’t but that was my fault in research. The fitness room was poor. Pool are nice but backs up to residential and not much deck space and lounges were never available.

We have stayed in this hotel previously as it always feels like "coming home". The staff is so very accommodating and friendly. Everyone from bell hops, front desk, management, dining room, cleaning etc will provide a smile and acknowledge you.. Love it Breakfast buffet is very good Having to leave! Could have stayed longer as we were so comfortable.
