Palm Garden Beach Resort and Spa

The resort was very calm and beautiful. Compared to other resorts it had a more tranquil vibe, and everything was kept very simple and as close to a nature type of atmosphere. There were a few birds trying to take food off tables during breakfast

I really liked how beautiful the resort was. The pool, the beachside, the restaurants were all so clean and wonderful. The staff were all so friendly and we had a very relaxing time. The only thing is thing I would mention is that the gym should be maintained better. I used the gym and the AC did not work so it was boiling hot. The machines were not well maintained either and it was not clean to use. The food and drinks were all so overpriced but that is to be expected at any resort.

It was a dream!! It’s one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed! Food was amazing, The service, rooms were super clean and well maintained and the whole property is just breathtaking! Nothing really! The only thing and this is just being extra picky is that the water from the gym felt weird ?

The resort surroundings were amazing. Tranquil ponds, well maintained grassy areas, palm trees everywhere. Everything you would expect from a high end resort. The balcony outlook was beautiful and we were a short walk from the pool, beach, breakfast area and reception. The breakfast selection and quality of food was excellent. A decent coffee can be hard to come by in Vietnam but they provided a decent cappucino. The clear winner from the four resorts we stayed in while in Vietnam. The beach staff were very friendly and acccommodating with moving seating and generally very welcoming. The full body Swedish massage was a very high standard but not quite to the level of the Pearl Resort and a bit pricier. Only one 30,000 VND discount voucher per room - not per person. So we shared the voucher - about AUD$38 for an hour each. Still great compared to Australia but expensive by Vietnam standards. The bathroom was sufficient overall but we didn't like the shower over bath. The water leaked over onto the floor. The decor and ambience of our room was exceptional. High timber ceilings with a stylish 'relief' style carved headboard. Overall, the staff were attentive to our needs - Mr. Dung deserves a special mention. He was fantastic and helpful throughout our stay. Unlike some other staff, he didnt appear to be helping out for a tip. Even for a resort, some things were very pricey. My friend paid 140,000 VND (AUD$7.50) for an icecream at the pool which is crazy prices in Vietnam. A Tiger beer was 60,000 VND (AUD$3.20) which is normal for a resort. Be aware that it is a Grab ride from the resort to An Bang Beach. There are a few mini marts and cheaper massage places over the road. It feels a bit remote. Good for some, not if you want an easy walk to restaurants and a sense of vibrance.

The food. The drinks. The breakfast. The beach. The pool. The ambiance. The helpful and friendly staff. A really beautiful place to stay. I can highly recommend this place. I had a problem with an infected big toe. But, fortunately a doctor was sent straight to our room and he quickly eased the pain by cleaning and draining the toe. He also got me medication. I was so grateful this was resolved so quickly and our holiday not spoiled. The room was a bit small for what we paid to be honest. But we still had a great time.

Exceptional 5 Star Beach Front Resort there is nothing not to like Nothing

Great location on beach. Beach was clean and reasonably private. No ad hoc sellers bothering you. Our room was a little dated however size of room was perfect, big bed and large bathroom and shower. Enjoyed having decent size balcony. Overall excellent hotel, with excellent breakfast ❤️ Gardens are lovely too and grounds of hotel are very clean. Staff very attentive and are keen to make your stay a happy one. We loved our ten day stay Nice choice of alternative restaurants within short walking distance. Felt safe walking to these a night too I cannot find a real fault for the palm garden resort. My only gripe with vicinity of hotel is that the major hotels and land owners should regularly attempt clean and keep tidy their section of the public foot paths along main roads.

Beautiful pool with plenty of loungers. The room was spacious and there is a range of restaurants and bars. Being by the beach is a bonus. Fabulous tennis and pickleball courts if you feel the need to get active. Breakfast was extensive and staff were very attentive. Drink and food service by the pool was erratic. A QR system would be an improvement so you could order from your phone. The bathroom in our room was a little smelly and could do with a bit of refurbishment. The rest of the room was lovely.

Near beaches to relax , not for swimming nice big pool . Breakfast buffet was excellent, lots of choices and staffs are super nice , polite! The managers came and check regularly ! We appreciate the welcoming salon where fruits& tea are served all day long . Rooms are a bit small, large bathroom , In overall, it’s a place to come back if you want to stay away from the busy downtown Hoi An ! Full of tourists !! Hoi An is now a very busy tourists destinations from Russia, China , Korea .. . It’s good to get back to Pslm Resort to get some peace and quiet from the city

I also liked the breakfast place, it looks like a tree house (or maybe palace), absolutely adorable. And the food is great, never seen so much variety of Asian and European dishes in the same place. N/A

Lovely property on the water and friendly staff. Food at the resort is very good and mainstream. If you want an elevated food experience you need to go elsewhere.

The room was really spacious and clean. The staff is really nice. Breakfast has a lot of variety and really nice. Pool is big and clean. We had a massage at the spa and it was very enjoyable. We had 4 days really relaxing! If I were to be picky, the only issue was the noise coming from the construction at the neighboring building. But I understand this is outside of the hotel's control.

Beautiful room. Well maintained property. Shuttle service to Hoi An. Service was lacking. We had to bring our own bags to our room as the wait was so long. Twice we had to set our own breakfast table. It felt like they may have been short staffed during the three nights we were there. The bathroom in our room did not smell very good. The lemongrass aromatherapy helped.

Beautiful beach location. Large pool area with lots of loungers, thick unlimited beach towels. Free shuttle drop off and pick up in town 3x daily. Happy hour 2 for 1 was awesome. Breakfast buffet was out of this world which included lattes, cappuccinos, egg and omelette station, Vietnamese specialities including Banh mi, Pho, rice and noodle dishes, fresh fruit and pastries and vegetarian options. Staff were so happy and helpful. Our stay at Palm Garden was the highlight of our month long trip to Vietnam! Thank you! I can’t think of anything.
