Hospitality and service level is out of this world. Swimming Pool needs a bit of renovation, but that's really minor compared to all positives.

There are also workshops, activities, and great facilities that make the experience even more enjoyable. We stayed in the Presidential Suite and it was incredible beautifully designed, spotless, and maintained to the highest standard. Truly a 10/10 experience

The property is amazing. The breakfast buffet was so nice- great selection and some of the best fresh mangos we have ever had. The rooms were so nice. And the pool area is relaxing. The shuttle service into old town is great. Highly recommend this resort Nothing!

Clean, wellness oriented. Great breakfast. Great staff. Enough security around and felt safe. Calm area to ride the complimentary bikes around. Restaurants very close for other options. Great beaches nearby, easy grab or ride bikes. Nice pool and garden. Lots of activities available on site.

All staff from gardeners to management went above and beyond to make our family feel welcome (a special mention to Manager Sen- she is a ray of sunshine) We enjoyed the free shuttle into Hoi Ann, the variety at the buffet breakfast allowed for all family members to find something they enjoyed. I can not recommend this resort highly enough!

The house was perfect for our stay with 3 big bedrooms. The property was clean and the facilities were great. The kids were super happy about the kids club and all the playground. A little bit far away from everything. No so much alternatives for food (just one restaurant)

We loved this hotel! The huge 2-bedroom provided an ideal amount of space for our family. Breakfast was delicious and had so many options. The pool was gorgeous. The chill pavilion was a fun spot to relax. I had 2 spa treatments and those were higher than the typical spa price but 1) it's a hotel and 2) they were excellent and highly professional. I also had a welcome drink and treats.

Everything. Absolutely beautiful facility with groundsmen that work extremely hard. The staff in ALL areas of the resort were EXTREMELY friendly and had lovely personalities.

Very spacious with beautiful garden. Excellent staffs’ services. Room cleanliness was inconsistent and needs a lot of improvement in order to call themself “5 star”. Don’t like reused slippers.

Green oasis by the river, convenient shuttle schedule into town, great helpful and forthcoming staff. Some areas of the facility show their age. Elevators, some furnishings could be overhauled. But staff makes up for everything.

Location Location Location Very clean and exceptional service. Breakfast was top class So much choice and with local seasonal fresh fruit. Nothing was too much hard work for the staff. ? recommend and would definitely return. A free daily shuttle bus to Old Town throughout the day was a big plus. Nothing at all Rooms were beautiful

silk sense was exceptional in every way - service, comfort, food and atmosphere were all outstanding. loved the property and the people were just so warm and welcoming. special thank you to Ly, she was fantastic so was everyone else. There was a gentleman in the front desk that helped me with organizing our cruise papers. I have forgotten his name; he was very helpful thank you to him and everyone else that made our stay unforgettable. Ly helped us with all our organizing for pick up tours and whatever we needed she help cater for it. There was a group of 10 would definitely return to this property absolutely loved it. nothing to dislike

This is a beautiful riverside resort. The quality of breakfast was good. The staff attentiveness and communication was probably the best part. We had booked a two bedroom family suite with garden and unfortunately the room had an unpleasant smell and not the best view (it backed an old building with mouldy walls), the staff promptly moved us to the presidential suite at no additional cost. They took care of our daughter who had a nasty fall during our holiday. The food at Areca was pretty good- whatever we ordered was always great and we ended up with lot of in ro dining: The airport pick up was free which was nice and the shuttle bus service to the old town and the beach was very convenient. The pool was lovely and the pool bar had some good cocktails. There is a lovely farm a few steps from the hotel, they should promote it more, its beautiful. We left on Christmas Eve , the hotel was on a full festive mode, we were sad to go. The turn down service was a bit of a hit and miss.

We enjoyed our stay at the resort. Staffs are friendly. Vu offered his recommendations to some local foods restaurant. He was very helpful with bikes and pleasant to talk with.

Very friendly staff, good Vietnamese food at restaurant, in fact 2nd best on all our trip in Vietnam.

Was home away from home. The activities that were offered were brilliant and it was a great way to learn about culture. I really miss this place, from the beautiful lemongrass iced tea to the friendly young man at the bell hop. We will surely be back one day. Loved the location.
