Owners are very kind and helpful. Bathroom is maintained but old.

Only 2 dogs of the owners and the friendly husband of the owner. The styling of the room. Location. When we enter in the bathroom the shower head was full of hairs mixed to that. The toilet was not cleaned enough and all the 3 nights we stayed there we barely wanted to take shower. The room never cleaned for all 3 days. The day when we are leaving the unfriendly women owner warned us by knocking our door in impolite way 15 minutes before check out time and just after 5 minutes later she shout out again about the check out time although it was 11:50. You can not even describe the meal as breakfast because it is just 2 sunny side up egg and some fruit.

The owner was super friendly, the location was great. Next to a beach that is quieter than An Bang. Next to some good restaurants like Broccoli. People sit right outside your room door and chat very loudly and there is no sound proofing. Makes it hard to relax and sleep. The beds are very firm, I don't mind too much but it has be a little uncomfortable. Do not use the woman the owner recommends for activities/tours. My tour was a scam and she did not refund me when they ended half way through without completing all the activities I paid for. Her name was Nguyễn Thị Ngọc Hòa.

After I checked out they let me leave the luggage until my night flight, take a shower (!), and their son took me with a cheaper price to the airport! Super recommended

Delicious breakfast, right by the beach, kind family. Some rooms get more light and privacy than others. Book upstairs

I truly enjoyed staying here. Beautiful homestay and beautiful people. Location is just few minutes walk from the beach and there are some nice places to eat out close by as well. It's also very quiet place without crowds of tourists. And there's lovely dog keeping companion ? Everything was perfect!

No fan or AC in dining area so it was unpleasant to eat outside in such a hot weather. Outddor pool as shown in the picture wasnt available, dirty water. Bathroom bit outdated. Breakfast could be bigger with some options/changes. The familly didnt speak any English which made the communication hard.

Perfect location near the beach strong internet,every day,different breakfast,small pool,free bikes to go center,very nice owner(only daughter speak English) nice garden trees and flowers. Cold water in the shower,hard bed(for me ok,my wife is not),tiny ants in the room,small space(good for 1 or max 2 persons) but good value for money

It was our first homestay and we really felt being welcome in the host family's home. Very nice people, always ready to help and to communicate, and if there was a language problem, google helped or their daughter on the phone. They invited us (and the other guests) for dinner, which was very good. The location was perfect for us. The closest beach is just 100m apart, for a quick swim. A little bit further, maybe 3-400m was another beach with a restaurand, bar, and sunbeds and umbrellas. (Btw., there was the "hidden tailor", where we bought tailor-made clothes, which were done perfeclty, rather low cost, and over night.) It is about 4km out of the center of Hoi An; a distance which we liked to go on the bikes the family provided in sufficient number. Riding through the rice fields and then a quick swim in the ocean or pool of the house at a welcoming family -- nothing more to wish! Besides, they really love to care for their plants and garden and it was a pleasure to watch them in action.

The owners were very helpful in cleaning up when my kids made a mess.

I made a last minute booking for just one night before I visited Cham Island. I requested a further two nights and was able to leave my bags and have a laundry service whilst I was away overnight. They were very accommodating with this. The internet connection was sometimes not working in my second room. They very kindly arranged airport transfer for me when I left at a very good price. Great part of the beach with a lovely beach cafe (and toilet) just across the road.

Great budget friendly place. Secure. Lovely family owned business. Helpful with free bikes. They have the funniest looking grumpy cat. Not very close to old town - about 15 minute bike ride away. Close to the beaches.

Homely atmosphere and short walk to the beach. Unfortunately the weather was not great during our stay. Good access to local cafes, laundry & massage services. Easy drive using Grab to old town. Breakfast was a good opportunity to meet other travellers. Low water pressure in upstairs shower. Mattress was very hard and uncomfortable.

Great value and location. Only 3 minutes walk to the beach, and about 15 mins to Hoi An Ancient City by Grab. The host did an amazing job communicating and resolving any questions or issues, even at 3am. It’s run by a very sweet family, they even invited us to have dinner with them! Only complaint was that the water in the shower didn’t get very hot, and the bed was very hard

Amazing location close the beach!! Able to borrow their bikes to easily get to and from the nearby areas. And absolutely lovely staff!

Hotel is located in nice area between beach and rice fields. Very peaceful place after crowded ancient town. Staff is amazing, family really nice and helpful ? Bed mattress is hard but I have never slept well. Love this place. Very good value for the room and location. Lovely pets for all pets lovers ❤️
