Maison Khoi Homestay

The owners were extremely kind and property was perfect for what we were looking for.

Small family owned homestay. Owners were super nice and attentive to all our needs. Location is a bit further away from the center but still walkable (just be aware if you have a stroller - there is a super incovenient bridge you have to cross to get to the old town. Might be easier to call a cab). Rooms were clean but a bit damp - most probably caused by recent floods. Rooms are a bit cramped and toilet and bathroom are not separated by doors. Some hard barier or sliding doors would make it much more comfortable.

Good position, not in the ancient town (good to avoid the noise) but still very near to the center. The rooms are really cute and most importantly the family is amazing! I’ll come back here for sure if I’ll be again in Hoi An, thanks guys keep going like this!! Nothing to say

I didn't like that every night they would turn the main switch of the AC so we would have to walk down and walk up the 3rd floor no elevator to ask them to re open it.

Everything was great! Comfortable and clean, the hosts are very lovely people. I arrived with a night bus and they did everything they could to get the room ready for me as soon as previous guests checked out. It’s around 15-20min walk from the main touristy bit which I didn’t mind at all but is worth knowing. Maybe offering free bikes would be a great addition! Overall I highly recommend this place

Property itself is very clean, spacious, clean bathroom, AC is working, sheets were clean, overall im very satisfied with my stay! Plussss Walking distance in hoi an market, the lake, restaurants,shops etc. Perfect location for solo travelers. Location is safe too! Maison Khoi is very professional! None at all

This is the second time I reviewed this homestay because we liked Hôi An and this homestay so much, we decided to stay a few days longer than we had planned. If we ever come back to Hôi An we will choose again this homestay. Everything was perfect.

We absolutely recommend staying at Maison Khoi Homestay. The location is great, in a lovely neighborhood, with the city center in walking distance. Our room was really comfortable and clean. The staff has always been so friendly and kind. They managed a rental scooter for us, and kept it ready for us to use it again. And they helped us with booking a long distance bus. We very much appreciated this kind of service. When we arrived we didn't know how long we wanted to stay in Hôi An. But this lovely homestay, the beauty of this city and the countryside nearby made us extend our stay. Nothing.

This was one of our favourite stays, spacious room, 20 minute walk from the main area, the hosts were so helpful and nice, very good price too!!

We had a great time. Very comfortable and well located. At first we thought it was a bit too far from the centre (it’s only a ten min walk from the old town) but we really came to appreciate being out of the tourist maelstrom. Nhung and her husband were really helpful, sorting out bicycle hire and trips for us. Air con, Wi-Fi etc all fine. Super comfortable bed. A few more places to hang stuff up would not go amiss.

The hosts are absolutely amazing. We were welcomed very warmly, they organized transportation and cooking class for us and even made possible late check-out. The owners were always reachable and did their utmost to make our stay in Hoi An an incredible experience. The room is cozy and clean and has a nice bathroom and a big balcony. We really enjoyed our stay at Maison Koi and can highly recommend their homestay.

This accommodation offers exceptional cleanliness and outstanding value, located in a peaceful area just a short walk from the old town. The friendly hosts provide excellent recommendations and can arrange trips and transportation. Also, the WiFi is great, making it perfect for both relaxation and work.

Close to centre/night markets. Hosts can arrange buses/flights/tours for you and SUPER hospitable. Clean room, kind and friendly hosts - can’t ask for much more :)

It is a lovely homestay with a very modern, new room and modern facilities. It is very clean and the bathroom is new as well. I also had a balcony, a mini bar and an electric kettle. Nhung and her husband are very welcoming and accommodating. You can rent bikes from them, they also helped me to plan my next travel steps and booked my bus for me. They also let me do a late Check-out with no fees, so I could shower before leaving. Thank you so much for the nice stay ❤️

A truly wonderful and memorable experience. Nhung, Khanh and Khoi are such a lovely family and the warmest of hosts. Inside the accommodation is new-like and spotless. Our room had a very nice balcony and comfortable bedding for a family of 4. The location was perfect for us as it was in a really nice local neighbourhood, but still in easy walking distance to the river, market, old town and many eateries. Nhung provided lots of helpful recommendations and organised everything for us at the best price including transfers, day trips, delicious breakfast and laundry. Also the wifi in the homestay was very good. Nothing. After this great experience, I will find it hard to enjoy staying at a big hotel or resort.
