Phuc Thao Villa

Son, who works reception, cooking, service, is absolutely great and does everything he can to help and make you feel welcome. Nice relaxed ambiance in the reception / dining hall. Excellent breakfast ($) I stayed in 2 rooms, 201 and 301, and both had a fairly annoying compressor noise in them more than half the time. This was independant from the room's air conditioner. Like a vibration or hum. I noticed other rooms did not have that noise. Since I spent very little time in the room I did not bother them with it.

The amazing service and patience of Son, the good prices and the overall vibe. Whatever we needed, Son made it happen.

The receptionist, Son, is very hardworking and helpful. Cheap motos available for rent and free bicycles were very convenient.

We had a wonderful stay! We booked the Connecting Family Suite with Garden or Pool View, which was perfect for traveling with a child – separate rooms and bathrooms for parents and child, connected by a private hallway. The pool was large and spotless, the grounds were beautifully maintained, and everything was clean and tidy. The host was incredibly kind, often treating us to fresh fruit and helping with anything we needed. Highly recommended!

Very beautiful property. It is a minute away from the main road so it's nice and quiet for those trying to escape the noise of the city. The staff is amazing and try to accommodate every request. There is a lovely pool to cool off on a warm afternoon. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby and downtown is a short 5 minute drive away.

This is a great Cosy Relaxing Villa with excellent staff who are so welcoming , Great Communication I would not hesitate to return Motorcycle Available onsite ! Street noise in the morning

The place is beautiful, the garden area and pool are are nice and relaxing. The rooms are huge and bed are big and comfy Very loud neighbourhood, lots of dogs barking all night

Great in terms of price-quality! Convenient location, comfortable beds, hot water. Free bicycles to rent, old and worn out, but free. Clean small swimming pool. Breakfast for a reasonable price. Roosters will wake you up in the earliest morning hours.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Lovely hosts, who were so helpful with transfers and tours. They were very kind to our family and even gave our son a birthday present. The rooms were spacious and very clean. They cleaned the rooms daily too. The bathrooms were modern and the water was good pressure and hot. The breakfast we purchased was fresh and tasty. We spent an afternoon at the pool and it was so relaxing as the area was quiet. It is a 20min walk to the old town and a 5 min Grab ride. We enjoyed some of the typical restaurants around walking to the rice fields close by. Overall an excellent stay. Recommend the family room especially as so much space for our children and ourselves. If we had to name something we would have liked an extra pillow. That is nothing to complain about though.

Beautiful property, friendly owners and great location.

Amazing kindness and good will. The hosts were great to us all the time. They let us in the room few hours earlier. They rented us a scooter and we had to pay 3 times less than normal, since we didn't use it for a whole day, but we did what we wanted. They showed us how to use the motorbike, since ot was our first time. The prices of the food, drinks, etc are less then in local supermarkets. Everything was perfectly clean. They did our laundry and packed it cute little bags. We are so happy with this place and will come again.

The most comfortable bed we've ever had in Vietnam!

The room was a very good size and we loved that the bikes were free to use which was super useful - the bikes aren't in the best shape but they were good enough to get us around for a couple of days without any major issues. It's in a good location away from the busy streets but close enough to some restaurants. They were able to recommend a good cooking class and also helped to book us a car to the airport for a reasonable cost. Would stay again The WiFi was very poor, if this was better it would be a 9/10 for sure! also the room would benefit from a mosquito net as we found lots of them
