Mainly the reps, Billie and Jasmine really enhanced the experience. Jordan, the manager, also played a big part in making sure that everyone was enjoying themselves. The rest of the staff were also very nice but those 3 really set it apart from other hostels I have stayed at. No elevator

Super friendly staffs. Hostel is clean, washroom super clean and amazing breakfast. I loved my stay here

Bathrooms needed care, very loud in the evening. Since it’s a party hostel, bound to attract some interesting characters.

Great location, had everything I needed to be at the hostel for a few nights Nothing!

However, the service was quite disappointing. At check-in, the receptionist was noticeably rude and unwelcoming. Unfortunately, the same attitude was reflected by the staff member preparing the eggs at breakfast. She seemed unwilling to accommodate any requests outside of her usual routine. For example, a guest before me asked for her eggs to be cooked a bit more, as they were too runny, and was told to mention it next time. When it was my turn, I asked for less oil, and she responded rudely, insisting that it would stick to the pan — even though it was clearly a good-quality pan that wouldn’t require much oil. She still prepared it her way. Interestingly, my friend later requested an omelet with less oil, and his request was respected. On a positive note, one of the cleaning staff members was very kind and greeted me warmly, and a few receptionists were also polite. However, most of the staff seemed disengaged and unhappy in their roles, which unfortunately affects the overall guest experience. As travelers who genuinely enjoy visiting Vietnam, it’s disappointing to have our experience impacted by this kind of service. It’s a shame, because with better staff attitude, this place could be much more enjoyable.
