The area is very beautiful it’s next to a few cafes that are only a few minutes away on foot. I loved how colorful the place was it made everything feel so much lighter. The shower was incredible. I’ve been in Asia for 2 months the now and that’s the best shower I’ve had. The beds were good size and the view dom the balcony was perfect. The pool was also the perfect temperature to a win in on a hot sunny day! We even had access to bicycles with our stay! There was a few thing that weren’t clean but the staff attended to it right away with no problems!!

Rooms were comfortable. staff very friendly. Breakfast was basic but good. We had laundry done and got it back the same day. Free bicycles were fun to use. Swimming pool was great to use as it was so hot when we were in Hoi An. Lien told us about Restaurant Jan on the other side of the bridge. The best ban xeo we had in Vietnam! Our air con was a bit noisy and our room had a smell in the evenings that was not great. But our kids room did not! Their air con was also much colder than ours.

Great location, quiet and clean with a great pool and clean spacious rooms with a balcony with a really nice bathroom. The host was extremely kind and helped us with everything we needed. Free breakfast and affordable bike rentals.

Kim, the owner is so friendly and helpful. She helped us book cars, gave us recommendations, and offers free bikes to get around. The pool is heavenly and the rooms are big. Will 100% stay again! Nothing

The hotel was in a quiet neighborhood, with stores, restaurants and a market nearby yet was still a short Grab drive away from downtown Hoi An. It had a pool and our room had a balcony with 2 loungers. The room was a good size, the water pressure was good and there was lots of hot water. It had ac, a great breakfast, and good wifi. Best of all was the friendly, helpful host who spoke good English and was very responsive. The fridge was very noisy and we had to unplug it to sleep. The walls are thin, so you can hear water running and other guests talking if they come in late at night. The tv didn’t work, but the host responded quickly when told and sent it for repair.

Lien is the best hotel manager I have come accross so far in SE Asia. She was quick to respond to all my questions and was so helpful with all th eplanning and logistics. I stayed during the Tet Holidays which can be tricky with staffing and finding things that are open, but she was so helpful. I really appreciated the bikes provided so that I could ride into the old town, the rice fields and to the beach. The room itself was quite large, had a tea kettle to make instant coffee and tea. The shower pressure was great and plenty of hot water. The bed was comfortable which is a big one for me. I stayed over a week here and truly enjoyed every minute of it. The breakfast was always quickly prepared and it was nice to have options. This will be my go to hotel in Hoi An. Nothing it was great!

It was on a nice quiet location next to the river. The room itself was spacious, very comfy beds and working hot water. The host speaks good English and helps everything you need. They also provide free bicycle and a motorbike rental service to explore Hoi an. The breakfast was also more as ok, besides western breakfast they also have Vietnamese food on the menu.
