The property is in a little quieter part of old town but still has all the charm, the hotel is clean , breakfast is amazing and most of all the staff are outstanding who went out of their way to make our stay pleasant This place is an excellent place for families, grocery and laundry across the road , spa in the hotel is very good , with plenty of options for local restaurants nearby. Nothing to fault , everything was impeccable

The Location is perfect, everything is in walking distance. Rooms, i think they are going through renovation but it was decent, due to the street structure there is very less fresh air or light coming into the room. Less Light and Fresh Air to the rooms.

The hotel is very nice, and the staff is very friendly. I didn't expect such great service for the price I paid, it really is a high-end hotel at a very reasonable price.

This property is STUNNING! The staff are super nice. The property's GM is super hospitable and Ezra from breakfast is very friendly. We would go back to this property in a heartbeat. No balcony but didn't bother us too much.

The location was superb! Just far enough out of the old town to feel peaceful, but close enough to get there easily. Easy access to the rice paddies and the beach by bike. We arrived early and the hotel was able to accommodate an early check in. We arrived our first day before breakfast was over and a la carte ordering wasn’t available until 11am. As first-timers to the area, this was a bit inconvenient. We were also recommended a sister resort at the beach to get loungers and eat lunch but when we arrived, they were not operational.

I am OBSESSED with this hotel :) The room was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful view from the balcony. The breakfast was 10/10. I am not a usually a breakfast buffet person; but I made sure I went to the breakfast each day. Great variety, kind staff, and high quality food!! There was a nice gym as well. I loved the design of the hotel and it was in a great location. Quiet; but still close enough to Hoi An's bustling ancient town via Grab/taxi. The hotel also had a bikes to use. All the staff were kind and shout out to Elena for her hospitality :) 10/10 recommend and will def will again in the near future. N/A. I was happy to everything detail about the hotel. Thank you Little Oasis for everything!

First of all the staff at this property is exceptional. the location is great. It's far enough from old town and the beach so you don't get caught up in a lot of tourist activity, but a free shuttle is available to both the beach and old town. The Breakfast offers an abundance of choices. The property itself is beautiful and clean. The property also has complimentary bicycles to use, which I did to explore the rice fields. Thanks to the Staff. Especially Rose, Lisa, Tony, and Eric The walls are a bit thin and I could hear other guests at times, but not a deal breaker.

Property was beautiful! Breakfast in the morning overlooking the garden and the lush scenery with water buffalo was amazing. Staff were also so friendly, helpful, and personable. They’ll go the extra mile for you.

The Little Oasis breakfast buffet was nice. Good selection of Asian and western foods. Made to order Egg and pancake station. Steamed Vietnamese items. Fruit selection was meh. Baked goods also not worth the carbs to me. The dining room and terrace are really beautiful looking out on gardens and actually rice fields with a cow or two. Service was great. Very friendly staff who knew your name and took care of you at breakfast. Location was definitely not walking distance to Old Town but the shuttle was good enough and Grab worked fine. Weather was not conducive to riding bikes. The room was kind of smelly as in mildew. Condensation built up on the windows when it rained and it rained a lot while we were there. The AC in the room was placed in weird spots so our bedroom area was hot but the entryway was cold. We asked for assistance and they said that the ac units near our bed weren't operable or turned on. Gym was big but equipment wasn't great and needed a refresh.

Staff were very helpful and friendly, facility and rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable and sheets were fantastic, breakfast was varied and delicious. Everything was great. Nothing bad at all.
