I love this place, it is clean and quiet compared to busy downtown hostels. I have stayed here already many times and keep coming back. Owners are one friendly family that can help you with anything here in Hoi an.

The guesthouse is nice and clean. Run by very friendly local family. In good location (just between center of Hoian and the beach). They have little restaurant, laundry service and sell bus tickets as well. Cozy and green lobby. Recommend ❤️

Close to rice field. Taste of valliage and local farmers. family run hostel..but a big family live there. From kids to elders. Poor quality blanket ,pillow and curtain. Electricity Outlet in dorm is cheap plastic and broken inside. No privacy. Staff walk in any time when they feel like to sweep the floor or just check because they thimk it s their house. Kids and elders sleep by your dorm. You hear all sounds due to the thin wood wall. If you call after 10 pm. You get msg warning you they are sleeping. Many rules to follow. They care their asset more than customer. Looks big but many areas are their private only small area for customers. They love the house and take care of it. But there s a natural conflict between private home and hotel for international travellers. They care their own living comforty while they wants profits from travellers. Their good attitude stops when some their rules are offended. They may not let you stay longer just because you make a phone call after 10 pm. But as international traveller there s time difference. What is narrow mindedness? They can call around and bomb your mialbox with hash language and chase you down for their 5 dollars loss. Then at this moment you realize it s actually a village family. They want business but not business trained. PLS UPGRAGE THE DORM. PLS TRAIN STAFF ( The mom) to respect customers.

Cozy environment. Cheap beers. Wonderful location! It was all very nice, but maybe a couple coat hangers in the room would be useful.

They were the kindest and most accommodating people. They keep a nice, clean establishment and offer everything travelers would want or need at reasonable prices.

My friends and I stayed at this property for two nights. Couldn’t say enough good things. We arrived on a night bus and were so kind to let us check in super early . The dorm has really good aircon. The WiFi is great, it’s in a great location. I would stay here again & not to mention the staff is really amazing, kind and knowledgeable

Lovely hostel, very clean very nice

Clean dorm, nice foods and lovely family.

The homestay looks just like the pictures. We stayed in the four-bed dorm, which was clean and comfortable. Each bed had a blanket, curtains for privacy, and a locker with a key. The staff was helpful and very lovely—I got sick during my stay, and they assisted in finding a hospital and pharmacy. They also have a breakfast place and a very lovely ginger tea that kept me going. Overall, it’s a good budget-friendly option for those looking for a simple and clean place to stay.
