Seaside An Bang Homestay

It's a lovely setting of a location very near the beach. Daily breakfast was good. For some reason it is very difficult for drivers to find. Apparently there are several places with the same name and pictures between them are intermingled. Weird. It would help if this facility updated its address or provide a better summary. It's not really on An Bang beach.

Nice old building, close to the beach. But because it was old pipes were rusted and rust came out of them. They were nice enough to cancel the booking but miscommunication happened where one landlord told me I could stay for free while the other wanted me to pay. Pipes are old. No privacy. Overcharged because of location. You can find somewhere better for the same price if not less on beach front which what I did

Availability of services like bike rental, food order in .... Nice rooms No view of the ocean. Little dog barking. Noise from nearby construction.

The location of the property is excellent, while it's not absolute beachfront, the beach is only across a (very) quiet street. 30 seconds from the property you find many excellent places for coffee and some restaurants which while certainly not fancy, are very simple, cheap and the food is much better than you'd except. Obviously a lot of this is tourist focused, it's not tacky or scammy. There are some good Spas also. A taxi to Hoi An will set you back about AUD$4. Thu and her family are wonderful. Breakfast is served at the homestay and is simple but delightful. You'll get addicted to the coffee - I did! We enjoyed our stay, it's excellent value and we really loved experiencing a living regional city. Keep your beach expectations in check - remember you are in south-east Asia, and pollution is real. There are a few new complexes that are being built on the beach which clearly aren't helping with their erosion issue. The beach area is quite grubby, but this is consistent with regional Vietnam and adds to the experience.

The staff was helpful and made sure I had what I needed. It was nice being close to the beach and eating a yummy breakfast every morning The construction work. I'm sure it will be finished soon though.

Beautiful building. Nice free breakfast. Quieter part of An Bang. Close to the beach. Great coffee, bakery, restaurants nearby. Attentive, nice staff. We hope to come back!

The place was very accommodating, with very friendly staff. The breakfast options were really nice, and they had helpful extra services like laundry and ability to rent scooters. Would highly reccomend!

Very cute comfortable room, and very helpful nice staff! I would definitely stay here again! Bed was super nice, room was very spacious and there was nice lighting that could be adjusted per preference.

Just about everything fabulous homestay so friendly breakfast choices were great room great cleaned every day wi fi brilliant and the owners are the loveliest people in the bad store that was forecast thay got in extra food for us all fantastic Only one thay were rebuilding nearby so a little disruption but not there fault
