The location was right down the road from the beach entrance. Lots of local food options. Looks like a new bar being built on the street. Nice staff. There was constrution going on across the street. They are building a new restaurant. Some of the places that were on the map were not open.

Location is close to the beach and restaurants. Air conditioning excellent. Property is tired. Linen was thin. Beds need a mattress protector. Front desk rarely attended).

The property was very clean. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We love the location and access to beach chairs. We highly recommend this property.

We had a third floor balcony room facing the ocean that was great. Had a nice big tub. The room was very large and well cared for. The mattress was very comfortable. No real beach in front of hotel and the pool was mostly in the shade with not lots of places to sit. Being on the third floor was a lot to walk up if you are not used to it.

We had a beachfront unit which was a nice size with a kitchen (that we didn't use) and a 3/4 size refrigerator. The bathroom had a shower curtain which saved the entire bathroom from becoming wet- nice perk. They have filtered water so you don't need to use the plastic water bottles that they provide anyway. The steak restaurant across the street had really good food l. There is a much more rustic beach bar with comfortable loungers and cold beer just across the street too. The sand and sea were perfect and having the pool for some quick laps was fun too. It was a fabulous place for us to relax after many days of sightseeing. The Grab to Hoi An was inexpensive and quick. I would absolutely stay here again! The write up made it sound like they had a private beach in front of the hotel but it was actually a beach bar where you rented the loungers. Also if you're staying soon after this review, know that a restaurant is under construction right in front so it was noisy a bit of the time.

Clean and spacious room. The beach was nothing like the pictures. There wasn’t much of a beach and it had tons of trash both on the beach and on the path there. There’s construction going on at the adjacent property and overall this beach was not ideal. We were pretty disappointed about that and wish there was more transparency about the current conditions of the area.

The people are so nice and accommodating.

Lovely quiet location over the road from the beach. Rooms clean and clean towels everyday. Staff very nice. Nice coffee places and a couple of shops walking distance, but no nightlife in the evening, grab bikes available to get into Hoi a plentiful takes about 12 minutes, I would stay here again, An Bang beach down the road a lot more crowded so if you like quiet stay at Santa sea ?? The free hotel Sunbeds were in a location in the shade surrounded by rubbish, and in poor repair , so paid every day on the beach for beds you could actually use. That was the only downfall. Otherwise a pleasant stay.

Most relaxing and accommodating establishment, in an excellent location - and only a 15/20 taxi ride to the centre of Hoi An (hotel also has a selection of push bikes - and helmets - all available for free). That I couldn't stay there longer!

Really nice hotel and they were very Child friendly. Nice breakfast. They said they had a private beach with free beach chairs, but these were not really on the beach, and no one used them because they were so inconveniently placed.

We stayed in r 301 it was very good ,the staff where excellent and the place was very clean Nothing

Nice big room, as pictured. Good water pressure with very hot water. Lots of towels provided. Good cotton bed linens make sleeping very comfortable. Did not use small curved pool as weather was not good during stay. Did not take advantage of breakfast, preferring to provide own food in room. Roosters crowing at family residence/garden business next door. Also a small dog that thought it too is a rooster. Ask for a room away from the family residence. Hotel lists that it has sunbeds available for guests but no mention made on arrival. I eventually found the sunbeds while walking the beach one day; sunbeds not in good condition, lots of old garbage around, seems management doesn't care. The hotel dog, Panda, should not be paid attention to. I think it is unreliable in nature, which can also be said about other dogs in the general area.

This is a lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The price is great for what you get. The area is pretty quiet, if you're looking for lots of activity. The beach immediately across from the hotel is badly eroded right now, but just to the right is a nice beach with chairs and umbrellas.

Large room with a balcony and a sea view which was pleasant. Only there 2 nights so was fine for our needs. The bathroom was like a wet room but the floor got rather wet after a shower. Flip flops were provided but it took a long time for the water to dry. The staff were very helpful and sorted a taxi for us to Da Nang airport and cooked us an early breakfast before we left. The wet floor in the bathroom after a shower. The free hotel sunbeds were in a slightly poor position just off the main beach so we paid for some on the main beach.
