Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Always willing to help. The bikes and pool were great perks! Breakfast was delicious with different regional foods every morning.

It is a perfect place if you want a home in Hoi An! It’s a little bit outside the old town but it’s super quiet and there are great restaurants and shops nearby too (we got our custom shoes made around the corner for a cheaper price because it was the workshop itself)! You can easily walk or cycle to the old town or rent a motorbike if you want to go faster to other places. The breakfast was amazing, offering both western and Vietnamese options, and the staff are extremely friendly and sweet. They let us check in early when we arrived after traveling all night on the bus. The rooms are really clean and comfortable and the pool is super clean and refreshing before a day of exploring in the heat!

Tropical Home Villa is a beautifully well designed comfortable (Spacious, bright functional rooms with hot shower, great pool to cool off in) home away from home run by a genuinely friendly wonderful family who treat their guests with great warmth. All the staff were super thoughtful - presented us with a cake on a birthday & made rice porridge for breakfast for a sore stomach. We would have happily stayed longer than our six nights but the TET holiday intervened.

Lovely hosts! Villa reminded me of Bali. Good air con & a pool - needed in the humidity!! Good selection for breakfast too. Nothing, they were so helpful arranging transfers etc

Lovely place to stay that is quiet with lush tropical gardens. Clean and spacious rooms. Good location but a bit of a walk into town

We had a lovely, spacious room with a balcony. The AC kept things nice and cool even though it was hot and humid in Hoi A when we were there. The room had a nice bathroom and shower. The old town is a short walk from the hotel, or you can either take one of the free bicycles or hop on a Grab. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

+ Very nice personal. Everybody was super friendly and attentive + Big bright room + The best breakfast we had in Vietnam. You can choose from several main courses (Pho soup, Omlette etc.) and there are still tons of fruits and different delicious snacks + Free bicycles, with child seat. We found it the best way to actually move across the busy bridge during the day with our three-year-old or to drive to the beach through the rice fields. + We didn't use much of the pool, because it wasn't that hot, but it looked nice + Shuttle service from/to the airport for a fair price -

Location is great and the room was very spacious and always clean. Free bike hire which is very handy and they also offer a laundry service which was great. Staff were all super friendly and accommodating. There were ants crawling all over the breakfast counter and they were even inside the coffee machine which was off putting. Our room was also right next to a neighbour who had chickens in the garden and these did unfortunately wake us up most nights.

Comfy and enjoyable stay. Room was spacious with a good bed. It was quiet during the night and generally was quiet place. The staff was helpful Breakfast is just up to 9:30. would be good to have it untill 10-11:00
