Really lovely hotel right around a prime area on Cam Nam Island. The building is on the main road but doesn't get too much road noise (our room was facing away from the road, so we had literally no road noise at all), there are a plentiful amount of cafes and restaurants around, and it's a very convenient/short walk into the old town (maybe 5 minutes). This location lets you experience Hoi An while being able to escape the crazy crowds. The people working here were quite friendly, and special mention to the bathroom, which has the shower and toilet properly separated! Everything was good. I guess the only potential improvement is including a breakfast, since most properties in the area offer breakfast.

Great find, a room that actually looks like the pics! Clean & comfortable ( softer bed which is rare in vietnam) lovely welcoming hosts, such a pleasure & helpful with everything you may need - Google translate is never an issue for the wonderful Vietnamese! Coffee facilities, mini bar & cheap! Toiletries, lots towels etc, nice little balcony - we only went to Hoi An for the day but stayed three days as the place is Amazing! Vibrant, colourful & Fabulous Vibe - a few mins walk across the bridge to the old town with lots of shops, eateries, massage places etc - would highly recommend this place as its one of the cleanest & comfiest in vietnam for the price paid was definitely worth it ?

Absolutely amazing stay at this Homestay. The staff were incredibly friendly and communication with the owner via WhatsApp was great. The room was clean and comfortable and the bathroom was great. Location was perfect to walk to the old town but far enough away that it was quiet in the evenings. We absolutely loved staying here and couldn’t recommend it more!

Great location a few mins walk over the bridge into the centre, family run and all the staff were really helpful and friendly. We had a room mix up at booking and they sorted us with a bigger room no problem right away, laundry and airport taxi service was also great and good value

The property was very cosy. The tv had Netflix. They had access to bicycles which we hired twice. The hosts were very lovely and changed our towels and bath mat nearly every day. Central location. The room had a damp smell.

Favourite place we’ve stayed. Staff extremely helpful and friendly, big room with 2 big single beds, cute balcony, minibar prices listed in room. Overall comfy stay No complaints

Auntie was so kind and sweet, so helpful and accomodating. Rooms were large and clean, great value for money just outside the main part of Hoi Ann.

The place was so updated and so clean! It’s also in a great location just over the bridge into old town, about a 10 min walk. The owner was so nice and always around! She gave me stuff to cut up the fruit I bought and got us an airport taxi. I would stay here again 100%

The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, always willing to assist with any request. The location is fantastic - it's just a 10-minute walk to the Old Town and there are many restaurants and a mart nearby. I loved having a well-stocked minibar in my room with very reasonable prices. The drinks were replenished daily. The Wi-Fi wasn't always stable and some days working was challenging, but there's a great cafe called Olivier on the same block with strong Wi-Fi and great vibes, perfect to work, so that was not a problem. The room doors are translucid and let in the emergency exit sign light during night.
