Well located to beach. No air conditioning or hot water.

Very nice place and great location and when someone was around they were very helpful. Room was large and clean. It needs some work. Lots of little things, tv couldn't plug in, toilet hose broken, aircon stuck on one speed. Room wasn't serviced while we were there.

Big clean rooms, good bathrooms, nice but small pool. Just a couple of restaurants around so a scooter is probably necessary to explore An Banh and Hoi An. Owners don’t have much English but are very willing to help you. Scooters could be rented at the property but we found cheaper in Hoi An including delivery to the property.

Nothing It was dirty and mouldy, there were no staff around to ask for fresh towels or replace toilet paper. I stayed for 3 nights and the room was not serviced at all. The beds were rock hard. On check out I was assisted with a lift by a friend to my next location I was overcharged and not actually taken to the Villa as I was told the street was too narrow- there were cars in driveways so this was total rubbish.

the room is clean and nice and you are a 5 minute walk from the beach it is far from Hoi An centre and you can not pay with card when checking out. we did not have enough cash with us so needed to take a taxi to the nearest atm (because it is a 30 min walk) which took some extra time. Also when showering, the right temperature is hard to find, the shower is either boiling hot or ice cold
