View from balcony was peaceful. Close to beach just one main road to cross. Quiet residential area surrounding it located between beach and river. Pool was covered; may suit some not others. Although it is always better to swim in the sea!

The shower was good and that’s important Cleanliness could be improved . there seemed to be a lack of attention to detail, with some surfaces and items not thoroughly cleaned.

Lovely view room and good accommodation. The staff were very supportive during my late check-in. The service felt cozy and warm, even though it was a last-minute booking. The rate is one of the best in Hoi An, with a nice view and comfortable room. Highly recommended! None

Its near Tan Thanh beach And the whole area was super quiet, there wasnt many houses or buildings around. They have a ceiling fan in the room, I like to have option without having to use AC all the time. Its quite small. Balcony too close to other room

The location, Quan, the only receptionist who is very helpful and friendly.He speaks English well. The Female receptionists don't speak English, lack of experience and one of them rude with bad attitude. Cleaning is very bad, do not expect they would change the bed sheets for you, 4 or 5 days without being removed and ants everywhere in the room.

Breakfast was good, deapite only having one option (one day was eggs and bread, the other noodle soup. Always with fruit and coffee or juice). No complaints.

Was absolutely brilliant. 10/10 would recommend Pool wasn't the cleanest so didn't use it. Nice small hotel in a nice location

The room was big and bright. The balcony faced the river 100 feet away. The hotel is surrounded by empty lots, and there is a refreshing breeze all afternoon, to the point I didn't have the AC on. This is the perfect hotel if you like afternoon naps. You have to pay with cash, so make sure you have VND on you. The currency exchange options close by or not very good.

The room was comfortable, clean and spacious. The best thing was the shower - we enjoyed the glass screen, good water pressure and lovely hot water! The pool was lovely and clean - we enjoyed a refreshing swim after being at the beach. The breakfast was not great - don't count on it keeping you going until lunch. There were no options for breakfast- only whatever local dish was being served on the particular day (rice cakes / noodle soup etc.) - it could be a problem if you have dietary restrictions e.g. being vegetarian. The portion size was also very small (we're not big eaters, so this is not a relative statement) and only one drink was included (either a small coffee or orange juice).

Really good value, nice modern building, spacious room, lovely river view, kind staff. Bikes available for rent. 5-10 min walk to the beach and area with restaurants. Calm and not much noise. Overall a good stay. Bicycle rentals are not included. A bit strict with breakfast - my husband doesn't like noodles for breakfast so he didn't eat breakfast for the whole 7 days. But one day he wanted one egg, they wanted to charge for it - I think it's because they gave me his egg. I felt like they could have accommodated for that instance. Other than that, they were accommodating with our requests and the staff are nice.

Clean, spacious room, felt new. Good value for money. The receptionist, Hip, was great! We did the cooking course as per recommendation and it was fabulous! The location is a bit random, but it’s a quick walk to the ‘beach’. There is no restaurant or kitchen you can use on site.

Had only one night at ViVi An, but it was not enough. The staff was so nice and helpful! Laundy service was very quick. And the room was amazing!! Very spacious with a nice big kingsize bed. A big balcony and also the bathroom was so nice and clean. There was even a minifridge and tv with Netflix. And the price was so cheap for the luxury you get while staying here. Even though it was too cold to swim, the swimming pool looks amazing. Had a great night here and would recommend everyone who wants to stay at a more quiet part of Hoi An to stay here!
