The Surf Hollywood Beach

It was our first time here, everything was on point , ac worked great, it was clean , we would definitely stay again! If I had to point one thing bad the absolute only thing I could think of would be that the shower floor sloped away from the drain😂😂 but every thing else was great!!

There is no staff on site, when I asked about getting the room cleaned they told me it'd cost an additional $150. I asked for more towels and they told me I could wash the ones I had in their laundry facility for $2.00 a machine. The Internet to the TV was spotty. They offer beach chairs and umbrellas, but it all looks like things left from other guests, all thrown in a small storage closet, half the chairs were broken. But all in all I would stay here again

The space was private, quiet and has easy access to the beach and boardwalk.

The stay was really nice. Clean room and a full kitchen with dinning table and cooking utensils. Beach right across the street. A nice beach walk or bike ride right on the boardwalk.

Great location although a bit north of most of the restaurants but not bad. Clean and had a great kitchen. Nice having a separate bedroom. Good value for a suite in this location. Really was overall nice. Motion light across the way kept going on and off all night, and with the frosted glass door it kept shining into the living room. But obviously nothing they could control. Might have some type of blind over the door to shield from the light. But that is a minor issue. Bathroom sink was a bit slow to drain.

I made these reservations through a third party. There's no check in desk. Kelly was the contact person. She requested a copy of my license to gove me the access code and forgot to send me the code. I had to call her.There was no beach view. My view was a shed. I stayed in room C and the room right next to me was room B. They were constantly slamming the door and everything shook every time they did. I was getting things out of my car and a huge rat ran right over my foot. I was shocked and scared at the same time. The suite was clean cute and well decorated. They only allow one per reservation. They have horrible internet connection. Someone named Darren connected their YouTube to my tv while I was connected to Prime. I work remote and the internet wasn't working well no matter what I did. I messaged Kelly she informed me that they have two and I should open the blinds. Neither of them worked properly it was so frustrating trying to work with no internet. I had to use my Hotspot. Needless to say my experience was not good. That's what I get for being cheap. I got what I paid for. I will stick to my previous hotel HC!

So close to the beach I walked with no shoes on. Had everything I needed including chairs for the beach so I didn’t have to rent one. Walking distance to everything. Absolutely heaven.

Late check in (4pm) and early check out (10am). Cleaning staff was already waiting short before check out. Room was ok but not really clean. Broken warm water for some hours without notice, we couldn't have a shower after beach.
