Nothing I don't know how the room look inside I never been inside this room this is the room I paid for but the same Haitian lady that work at this place always with my room they have very nice hotels on the beach but for some reason when she's working she always switches my room and I know this is the room I paid for I never got a chance to see this place inside there's one lady that works behind the counter switches my room and I was very upset about it because it's not the first time she done it if the rooms are not available online then don't appetize them I think she does it to get better quality rooms to the upper class but if I pay for something I have every right to stay there

Very nice Everything very home feeling

This property was fine, location close to the ocean, the check in was completely insane. It took almost 30 minutes because the office staff was more concerned with talking amongst themselves rather than helping actually get us checked in. We kept having to remind them we were still there and trying to get a key, and we were the only people there! We specifically booked a bottom floor due to my mother’s mobility issues and were given a top floor unit. They completely did not care. Office staff less than desirable.

Perfect location and apartment

It was nice for weekend getaway. Continental breakfast was nice, lovely outside area to enjoy your breakfast. I would stay again but definitely not on a Holiday weekend. Parking very limited.

Clean

Our initial room as already given to someone else so they put us in a different building, different room. Instead of ground level as we requested, we had to climb about 15 steps with our luggage. No night stands, no dresser. Went back to the office the next day and said we cold not stay in that room. Still our original room as not offered to us. We got a room, in another building with a king bed, pretty close to the ocean. Next night we got a swarm of some kind of flying bugs in the room. We were killing them left and right. Too late and too tired to go back to the office for another room. An exterminator was supposed to have come that day, but we never saw him. Go back to the office and they will send someone to clean the room. They did. Get up out of bed the next morning only to find out there were stains, blood or chocolate, on the sheet. Again, back to the office. They came and changed the bedding. FINALLY we had 3 days of no problems although we never did get the room that we originally booked .On the last night our next door neighbor decided to party at 10:30 with music that almost vibrated the walls. The one bright spot was Donna, who handled the continental breakfast. This complex was made up of numerous small building, some with a pool, some not. Not sure we would ever go back. We have no idea if the rooms we stayed in were better or worse than the suite we initially reserved, let alone if there was a price difference. Expedia needs to do a better vetting process.

The best hotel in the area

For the cheap price, worth it. It's your typical beach motel. It's worth location price. Beach is. A block away

It was just what u expect, staying at beach, nothing fancy but great to relax and enjoy the beach. I would definitely stay again.

Building falling apart

Despite it's a very good location... Staff it's not polite . Room was clean but some issues details inside

The room was very simple and reasonably priced. It had everything we needed. The pools were clean, and there were two of them. The staff was very friendly.
